What a incredibly unenthusiastic group of individuals that work at this location! Customer service is not their main focus! They want to get you in and out of there. After getting my family’s dinner I was supper disappointed with the way one of my items looked. I asked the gentleman at the restaurant was that the way it was was supposed to look? Of course he said yes. I asked him for some additional chips to at least add to the item and for the cheese that I paid for. He did give it to, but he was acting like it was going to hurt his back to help a customer out! Not to mention after I got those items and added them to what they gave me there was a gnat flying in the box. So I took it back to the gentleman and showed him the item. He appeared as though he didn’t want to take it and remake it. I was appalled, because we both literally were watching the gnat crawl on my food! He finally took and supposedly remade it. However, it wasn’t remade. He just put he just took the chips off, added new ones and put some more hot cheese on top! Talk about customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Read moreUsed to really enjoy coming here. It was a great spot with familiar faces and a friendly vibe. Then a new employee started — didn’t listen to the regular staff who vouched for me, even though I was clearly a regular nearing 30 and had my wife with her ID while we were in Texas. I left and didn’t order.
Next time I showed up with my ID, first thing she did was snap her head toward me and ask if I brought it this time — no greeting, no courtesy. I had it, but her attitude made the decision easy: I turned around and left. Not coming back.
She’s not cut out for customer service, and it’s frustrating to see one person ruin a place that meant something. Sad I won’t get to see the people I built connections with anymore.
Outside of being a customer I’m a technical business manager, so seeing stuff like this gets on my nerves, I’d have her out first day. There’s being carful then there’s creating inconveniences for customers.
If you’re the hiring manager take a look at recent reviews, take a look at sales, because me and my friends came here almost everyday now we don’t because of that one obnoxious employee. Had to return the beans and rice because it was stale, then the chips were stale, only to be replaced with more stale chips, and returned a 2nd time. The guy at the counter gave me the worst look. Also, we had to move from the main dining room because our food was being covered with flies. When we moved out to the dining area between the main room and outside, the fans were on high and the music was way too loud. After complaining for what felt like a 5th time, midway through the meal My child tells me I’m stepping on a dead bird. I don’t know who cleaned or prepared the taco cabana but this was the nastiest restaurant, shame on the staff. When I notified the restaurant of the dead animal and requested my money back after complaining 5 times, I was offered a desert and was told I would be refunded.
