I’ve been coming to this location for years I live about 10 minutes away and it’s the closest chipotle near me before today I never had a problem with this chipotle however today after going through the line I ordered a bowl and a burrito and asked specifically not to have sour cream on my burrito however after walking away it was added anyways and then wrapped up as I paid for my meal once I got home and built into my burrito I realize that the sour cream I specifically asked not to be on my Burrito was there I drive back to the location to let the manager know that this mistake was made and had my meal remade I asked if For the inconvenience of driving home and driving back to this location I could be given a complementary chips and guac which you could literally get for doing a review for this place I was told by the manager she would not be able to do this I asked why not because this was not my mistake and I had to drive back up here for it she just repeated that she would not give me the chips or guac. I’m really disappointed in the management and the way that things were ran when I came back in to let the server know that my mail was wrong she walked away after seeing that I came back with a burrito and hand to avoid talking with me. Read moreI ordered from this location using the official Chipotle app, which uses DoorDash delivery drivers. The delivery was fine, but the food was entirely wrong. There was an additional ingredient placed in my food that I did not order and I cannot eat because of dietary restrictions. I immediately contacted support and when asked to choose an option to describe the issue, I forget what I chose but I believed it to be appropriate. I was transferred from their AI assistant to a real human who immediately told me that they don't offer refunds and promptly marked my issue as "resolved." I tried again, choosing a different option when asked what the issue was and the AI simply told me they would let someone know. At no point was I offered a refund or, more preferably, a replacement (because, quite obviously, I now need to find something else to eat because I won't risk this location ruining my meal again). Even the owner or manager which is a female allows these young ladies to talk to people with an attitude . Don’t question there portions as you get a dirty look from each and everyone of them like they own the dang place !
