Potbelly — Restaurant in Texas

I visited this location several times because I didn't want one bad experience to determine my review. However it didn't improve. I've gotten the wrong order, once my order wasn't found, and most recently I simply ordered a cookie and even that was a hassle.

I came in, stated my name and that I had a pickup order. For whatever reason the cashier just keep giving me attitude and shrugging her shoulders saying 'ok?' and standing there staring at me like I was supposed to clock in and process my own order. I stated several times I had a pickup order and what it was but she kept telling about some other order unrelated to me and shrugging her shoulders. After way too much back and forth I got my cookie and left. Poor communication. Poor customer service. I hate my job too but I don't show it at work.

Also get this location a proper milkshake mixer. That blender isn't cutting it. Milkshakes...

Would not recommend this location, although I like Potbelly. The Vintage location has better customer service. I was there a few weeks ago and was overcharged on my purchase, was assured by shift manager JonCarlos Hernandez that this would be addressed. He stated he couldn't find my purchase on his register and would let his GM know. Called back a week later and spoke with Stephanie the GM, she said JonCarlos never spoke with her. But informed me she couldn't do a refund either, it would need to be elevated to her District Manager. Go figure! Needless to say I never heard from anyone. U would think a store of this magnitude could process a refund. I've also had problems at this location before with wrong orders. They seem to have quite a few untrained employees and managers. Don't waste...

When I first visited Houston for a work conference in 2019, the local office took me to this very same Potbelly restaurant, and I recalled it being GREAT!

We still went to lunch here every other week or so, and it was GREAT!

Today, when Grubhub dropped off my food, I met the driver at the door and brought food in. I was taken aback when I took the $12 salad out of the bag, it was the WORST salad condition I've ever seen, not just brown iceberg lettuce it was dark brown, cucumbers had a mucous type consistency and look and feel. How on earth can they let this go out like that?

The sandwich also was made with the very same as the salad.
