Just got into town and stopped at Walmart first before getting $70 worth of food for my family. I bring up Walmart because I was WARNED prior to getting food ANYWHERE in this area from a resident behind me in line.. Gentlemen at Walmart told me NOT to get any type of food anywhere close to the Walmart or in this town during these hours. Service and food will not be good. I figured, how bad could it be? Time was 9:25 pm. Ordered our food via drive thru and was missing two burgers and a chicken sandwich after we were handed our order. We drove around and I proceeded inside and it was a total s* show. While being inside waiting to correct our order I noticed that the food staff werenât wearing hairnets or were they wearing gloves handling food. Shouldâve just asked for a full refund but I felt bad. Several customers were already waiting to fix their wrong orders including a door-dasher. There were 4 staff members and Iâm guessing the manager which was taking the orders via drive through. (Wearing a headset) At exactly 10 pm the other three staff members proceeded to clock out in front of EVERYONE, saying âitâs 10pm weâre doneâ. Leaving the gentleman working the drive through, all the other customers and door dasher. Our order was final completed by the one man team and after getting home found hair in our burgers, flat sodas and old fryâs. PRETTY bad to be warned of the poor service and food by a stranger at Walmart and it be true. Only write this review because this truly saddens me that it was THAT bad. Yes, I was warned but should you be afraid to buy food in your area because of the type of service? Blew my mind and I am in the food industry. Corporate needs to step in. Looking at all the reviews from other restaurants/ fast food place near this Wendyâs all the same. Poor customer service.    Read moreStopped here for the first time the other day. The young man behind the counter notified me they could not take my order unless I had cash. He went on to inform me that I could use the kiosk to order. I continued on to the machine and began the process. The transaction seemed to go through.
However, as soon as I got back to the counter, another employee said it did not work, and that I would have to pay with cash. I did not want to do that, so I left and took my business elsewhere. It seems to me that a conscientious manager (if there is such a thing now days) would have tried the kiosk themselves to determine whether it was down in order to keep from wasting the customer's time.
I have since given them another try. I mean we all have a bad day every now and then, right? I arrived around 10:30 AM., and to my surprise, found the doors locked. I wanted to go inside to use the restroom and wash my hands. I had found the restroom reasonably clean and stocked the previous occasion. I thought well they've closed the place down, (something sure to happen if the dysfunction continues), anyway, there were a couple of cars in the parking lot, so I got back in my truck and drove around to the window. They said the night shift manager had the key and that they couldn't unlock the doors. They asked if I wanted to order at the window. I asked if they could take the card, they said they could. Somewhat concerned about the level of care in food preparation, I opted to go somewhere else instead. I mean what kind of hamburger is one going to receive from an establishment that can't even open their doors to the public, and seems to be having issues daily?
If the franchisee doesn't step up and help them get their act together, this place won't last long.

Iâm inside waiting not a word has been spoken for 5 minutes Iâm standing and nothing is being saidâŚâŚ.was there a line of ppl no 3 guys waiting on food inside couple cats at the window, fine Iâll wait. Two minutes later a guy walks up looking for his food me, walks out, Iâll wait in my car. Five minutes later goes back in after seeing two guys come out. Literally no one says anything, I walk closer to say something, âoh itâll be ready in a momentââŚ..I kid yall not I was coming to place an order for fries because I checked to see if there was a bag for pick up. They literally ignored me so atp I was like wtf. Not to mention I look over at the girl on fryer no gloves handling food, guy in the window no gloves also handling food. She bags up everything and I said Iâd like to place an order she looks back at the manager looks at me says âitâll be a minute, weâre short staffedââŚâŚ.yall I swear it was one uber order âmineâ no one in line behind or in the store to order and maybe two cars in the drive thruâŚ..so I wait 2 minutes look around and just left.
