Our family is been having so medical issues so we decided to Order pizza from Dominos to avoid cooking Today.
We ordered 3 pizzas at Dominos in The Colony. I called in an order and 2 of the 2 pizzas were very wrong. One was for my sister who had major surgery last week. She wanted a thin crust medium with chicken, cheddar cheese, spinach, and lite on the Honey BBQ. She received a thin crust with chicken and regular cheese MISSING SPINACH NO HONEY BBG instead a thick COVERING SPICY BUFFALO SAUCE. The second pizza ordered was a MEDIUM HAND TOSSED WITH ALFREDO CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, SPINACH AND AND THIS ONE IS CORRECT THE THIRD ORDERED WAS A HAND TOSSED, PHILLY BEEF, ONIONS, and PROVOLONE WITH GARLIC SAUCE.
I called the store and the manager (unsure who that was but 1 who stated he was a manager but was a delivery driver another do said she was a manager actually makes the pizza saying she could not have made a mistake) She also claimed that she talked to the manager and they would not correct the order and I should have ordered it on line if I want it correct as my story did not match their memory. I told her I had made the guy repeat the order x 2 because he kept saying a Philly cheesesteak which I did not want due to a severe allergic reaction. She said I should have caught the error when he called the repeat the order back. She went in to say I can talk to the manager at 4p…. Another manager”. I am over the lack of consistency with their pizzas especially if these are franchises that are to use the same blueprint. I ordered a specialty pizza 3 times and this was my last attempt to get that premium taste of a good pizza. Another fail. There has been countless other times when I just moved on with a bad pizza because I was hungry. All of the staff are always nice, but I'm tired of the inconsistencies. I'm not interested in another remake or a free pizza. This also goes for Frisco Main. Thanks but no thanks. Prior Review: I know it's tough to run a very busy business. However, this location has been good to me. The pizza is fresh and fast. Delivery is prompt too. The issues I've experienced with a bad pizza here or there (cut in a square opposed to triangle, or no extra sauce when it was requested) they made it right. I ordered a pizza today and picked it up. Unfortunately the pizza had very little sauce when I asked for extra sauce. I didn't realize it wasn't right until I got home.

Read morePoor customer service and horrible management skills. Lack of training for new employees. I have ordered pizza from this location a total of three times. Two times was delivery and the other was carry out. The first time I placed an delivery order here my card was charged and another store later called back and said I will have to replace my order and my card will be charged again and I will get my money back in two days. I paid twice with the understanding that the rep was new and just stopped ordering from dominos. I decided to place another order by pulling up my address to see what store service my apartment not knowing that this was the same store. After placing the order and being charged, another store calls to say my order was canceled and I will have to pay again. I told the representative that I had already been charged and could not afford to pay twice. He advised it was the original stores mistake and to call them back. I spoke to a manager name Ruby who said there was nothing she could do but offer $5 and I will have to repay. Her excuse was the rep was new.
