This location is being ran into the ground. Look at their overall Google reviews/ratings. Does Corporate even care?
Came inside, guy in front of me ordered. Then girl that took his order (noise ring piercing, dark hair, Hispanic/Indian decent, wears glasses) just disappeared after taking his order. Never came back. I stood in line for another 4-5 mins, no one came to the counter.
Seems those in the drive thru are first priority over those that come inside. No one apologized for the wait or acknowledged me or others behind me in the growing line that was forming inside.
Then noise ring chick appears again, purse on shoulder and clocks out at 10:55 am at register right in front of me. Never acknowledges anyone or makes eye contact. Then looks up at line of people in front of her, and throws up the peace sign and walks out (check the camera system yourself). Then another 3 mins go by, we’re all just standing there. No one is coming to the counter to take our order. (Again check the camera system).
Then white kid, brown hair parted down the middle 90’s cut waits on me. Not trying to be disrespectful with my description of employees however no one is wearing name tags to identify them. Not one single employee.
Location seems very understaffed and out of items on their menu. Not sure where the Manager went that was previously managing the location over near PCA, but bring her back. I come here once every 3 months and it’s getting progressively worse with each visit.
Visit was on 6/1/25 at 10:45 am No one answers the phones either (during normal business hours).
There’s a Shipley’s directly next door (who was in business first), a Scooters directly across the street, and a Dutch Bros within walking distance. I’d suggest doing business with any of those places. Kinda sad too because this Dunkin location is the newest in the area and we wouldn’t be sad if they’d just close their...
Read moreUpdate: I ordered on the app & mistakenly left it on the default location. There is no way to cancel an order on the app. We tried calling the store where the order went (Custer in Mckinney - called 5 times). They never answered. Called corporate customer svc. They don't answer either, just a message saying "go to the website" . Went in here and asked if they could cancel or redirect the order. They said no, you've gotta call corporate. Told them we tried and she said "I'll just make it for you here." - very helpful and the kind of employee that keeps Dunkin looking good, even with the other problems. Thank you! (and they were much faster than last time!)
Slowest Dunkin I've been to. Not friendly, but polite. Pretty busy talking about a boy one of them goes to school with but didn't quit working, just distracted and slow. My order was ready for several minutes but no one announced it or put it in the order ready spot until I finally asked. Advertised a special on 10 munchkins, but you couldn't order more than 5 so the special "didn't...
Read moreWell this last visit did it for me. We come here three times a week but we'll be stopping in Frisco from now on, seems like everybody here gets good service there. I'm tired of being treated like a nuisance for spending my money here. She asked for my order, didn't listen, asked again, I ordered, and I waited for my order to appear on the screen, it did not, and she didn't give me a total, she just told me to pull forward. I asked her to repeat my order and she told me it was "standard" rather than repeat the details. What? Rude!! Maybe she needs to slow down if this is all too hectic! Not surprisingly, my coffee is not what I wanted. I don't know the standard at dunkin because I don't work there, I just want my order the way I want it because it's cost money. I don't understand fast food workers who treat people like crap, when they surely eat fast food themselves and would not like...
