Arby's — Restaurant in The Village

OK !!!! Garlic Ribeye ! New on the menu, Tasty, no "special sauce." Real Steak ! Grilled to perfection and quality that will make the cut to 1st rate chow ! Pricey @ 8 buck's, in Okla, (East or West coast pricing?). Hard to beat! Get Summa Dis !

Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, a blend of (American) Wagyu and regular ground beef. On a previous review on the test marketing of Arby's initial Wagyu, I wasn't impressed. It was served burnt and covered w/an Orange "house", ahem, sauce. This one was cooked properly, But covered w/Orange Goo as well. Why do all fast food drive-by's cover everything with their "Special" sauce? when some choices, say Waygu and Arby's sells it on a supposed premium Beef blend ? It lacked flavor, perhaps add a little Bacon and A little liquid Smoke, some meat spice and A-1 ! Throw the GOO somewhere, but ban it from the burger. $7.00 bucks, I'm gonna rate it a no buy, until...

Orders always correct, food preparation always well done, and service exceptionally professional, courteous, and friendly. I once stopped here for just a cup of ice, as I'd taken medication and needed ice to chew, swallow, for it to go down throat, and as I took out my $$ (in the drive through) the young woman said no charge, it was a courtesy..and she refused my offer to pay..saying something about customers, courtesy, and how they value people irregardless of what they order..it was a most unusual experience for today, when every food or beverage place wants $$ for even just a cup of water! I am very disappointed in quality of the food and shakes. This Arby's was my favorite place to eat at. The meat of the chicken sandwiches where thicker and juicer. Now they are flat and dry. They have made mistakes several times. French dip with no dip and wrong type of fries. It is frustrating to have to check the order every time to make sure it is right. The flavor of the jamocha shakes is different too. The sizes of shakes has changed. They no longer have a large. When I ordered a medium size they gave me a small. That's when I found out about the change. I don't know why they didn't tell me when I ordered at the drive thru. I will definitely not go to this one again.
