12/27/24 7:38pm, just left this location. Waited forever to be acknowledged and have our orders taken, I was not given a receipt. The drink machine in the lobby was broken and there was no regular tea out there. At first I thought it was just out of ice so I notified an employee and someone was sent into the lobby to check - they just pushed the ice button a few times then went back to sweeping and they seemed annoyed when my friend told them the whole machine was broken and she needed her drink filled from the machine in the drive thru. When they called my order number I realized I had no receipt and didnāt even know what my order number was. I realized I wanted a brownie fudge sundae so I went to stand in line behind a family who was paying for their order. This family had brought a dog inside the store and it urinated all over the floor leaving a LARGE disgusting puddle. I almost stepped in it but my friend stopped me because she had noticed when it happened as I was trying to figure out the broken drink station. This location was a bit busy when I chose to go there this evening around 7 BUT that doesn't mean you should lack in just basic customer service skills. I work in a setting where I interact with customers constantly throughout the day and I never once let myself slip because that reflects on the whole business. Both people at both drive through windows were lacking.... When I said "thank you and have a great day" all I got was a "mmmhm" back and the person who handed our food to us didn't even look out at us or say anything. Instead of nicely directing he just went NO NO NO NO when an employee was going wrong direction instead of using management skills and communicating what he wanted the employee to do so he already left a sour taste in my mouth. Then me and my 2 year old were eating across the lobby toward the back and could hear the same asst manager cussing about his job and the inconveniences it brings. I ended up leaving and telling him that I was trying to enjoy an afternoon of ice cream with my daughter and could hear him cussing. He just said my apologies have a good day.
