I ordered on their mobile app steak biscuits. They brought it out to me and had steak egg and cheese. I took it back in and asked for it to be steak biscuit. When I went back in the guy asked for the biscuits I told him no I need him to remake it. I don’t want them to give me the same one I threw it in the trash. The guy said no he needs it to throw it for his inventory I said well it’s in the trash be my guest I’m not going to get it out, as he just looked at me and paused as if I was going to get out of the trash. So yes, it was a necessary comment I had already showed it to the McDonald’s employee. He showed it to the manager. He gave it back to me. That’s when I threw it in the trash they gave me my new biscuits to steak and cheese I was livid 2 attempts and three times I had to go in. I had an appointment. I done car service and I ended up going in there three times. This is probably the worst service I have ever gotten they were not busy they do not have their stuff together , the staff did not know how to handle any complaint that they get. It was not clean the biscuit ended up tasting terrib it was hard it was a terrible meal. I do not recommend going anywhere near this McDonald’s. Read moreHorribly inconsistent. Wait times are long, and they will mess up on your order half the time, despite how simple your instructions are. Recently I went through the drive through and they forgot to add an apple pie in the bag. I also ordered a homestyle burger and it looked like the meat was sitting for a few hours and smelled tainted.I tried going through the front door during late hours and the shift manager literally saw me through the glass door and ignored me while pointing at my receipt, and she knew that she missed something from my order. She LITERALLY did NOTHING and carried on with her day. And people from fast food joints want $15 an hour, yet they cant seem to follow basic grade school level instructions on orders. I dont normally leave bad reviews but this location is BAD. Do not go here, unless you want your order missing something or get your order completely wrong. Mcdonalds goes through procedures to make sure that the food quality is decent, and even this location cant get that right. Its really disappointing to get poor quality service repeatedly here. Ive only been here less than 5 times, and maybe once they actually got my order right. This is the last time Im going here, Id rather take 5-10 minutes driving to another location instead. Got to store and had no WiFi so went in and told cashier my order number (as app suggested.) The cashier & mgr asked if I were door dash, no not door dash, this seemed to cause much confusion. As I attempted to explain and show order on phone manager talking over me (not listening talking while I was talking), asked if I had right address and showed address on a receipt I explained I knew the address and had ordered correctly. (She had just been arguing with another customer prior to me walking up) so unprofessional. I decided it was pointless to make her understand the McDonald’s app and said I would just re-order. Of course the app gave me the deal 2 sandwiches for price of one and I was told they no longer had that deal.
