We’ve eaten in/ordered from P6 plenty of times. Normally super happy with the experience. Lately…not so much. The past 3 times we’ve ordered out have been pretty ridiculous. We’ve been told a wait time that ended up being at least doubled by the time our pizza was actually ready, given multiple vague excuses about the slow service particularly about the ovens not working properly, and 2 of the 3 times our order wasn’t even made correctly but wasn’t worth the wait time to get it fixed. If it’s going to be an hour wait just be honest about it so we don’t end up sitting for 30 minutes when we get there. Things happen but just apologize for the service and don’t make excuses, it makes the whole thing even worse. We keep saying we’ll try again in a few weeks and hopefully things are back to normal. Unfortunately it’s now been 2 months of this being our experience with P6, not sure if the new short haired woman working there is just mismanaging things, but it really seemed to run much smoother when it was all the high school students...

We visit Thermopolis often. The last three times we have visited either been swimming or enjoying the river, and my family always makes a point to stop here and eat for supper. Tonight we visited, and it was quite busy! We were seated quickly, and the waitress showed up within 10 minutes. I thought she was about to take our drink order but instead asked us, “How long have you been here?” I told her about 10 mins or so and her reply was, “Oh, okay well I’ll be back then!” Twenty minutes later she returns taking our drink and food order. We received our drinks about 20 minutes later and then our food 45 minutes later. She never came back to give us a refill. I had to go up to the front to get our refills. The waitress was more concerned about the patio area rather than our table. She walked out to the patio 6 times. SIX TIMES and brought a drink each time to refill. The food is great. People are nice, but this place needs a plan with some organization! Oh and maybe the waitresses ought to be assigned sections instead of bouncing all...

Had to ask for a itemized list to find out we were being charged gratuity. We came in with 2 other families from out of town and we were all seated separately.. asked how we want to pay in the beginning and we told them to separate it between the 3 dads and the 3 sperate tables. At the end of our poorly served meal we noticed the balances were off but no mention of gratuity... when addressed the short blond running the register started giving us attitude about how we came in with a huge group of course theres gratuity she says.

If we were seated together and there was 1 check id understand . But they didnt hardly want to seat us when we walked in...you could see anxiety and fear on all their faces.

Tried to call and talk to a manager or the owner but there are only managers sometimes and the owner is skiing and cant be bothered. This place is garbage and id recommend yall keep on driving by this road...

This place is a magic little hidden gem. It’s not what you would expect from your typical, small town Wyoming pizza joint but in the best way possible. The menu is not huge but has plenty of variety and they aren’t all your typical options. There is something for those craving standard pizza fare but also for those more adventurous foodies We had two pizzas and garlic cheese sticks. All had excellent flavor. The crusts are thin, slightly crunchy and yummy. I have a food allergy and the staff took extra care to make sure I was taken care of. The atmosphere and decor were fun, a nice step up from the usual small town expectation. The staff is very friendly. We asked the waitress more than our fair share of questions and she made us feel like friends. If you find your way to Thermopolis, you should add this to the list you places to visit.

I’ve eaten here several times and had a lot of the menu so I’ll go through each item I’ve eaten. The Alfredo Pizza: it’s like a white pizza with Alfredo sauce as the base. The flavor was a bit strong personally but the chicken on top was nice and well cooked. The Hawaiian Pizza: your standard Hawaiian, nothing to write home about but still good. The Taco Pizza: pretty good, a bit greasy but the spice was well balanced. The Wings: I’ve had all of the flavors, by far the best is the habanero, so good in fact I once ordered it 5 times and called it dinner. The Garlic Cheese bread: the bread is cooked very well and is well flavored. The dip was spectacular, cheesy and delicious. I highly recommend eating here with friends and prepare to have the time of your life.

Dinner with the family of 4. Ordered the garlic parmesan boneless wings and the Rancher pizza. The wings were good with parmesan and butter crusted over the fried wing body. They came with a ranch dipping sauce. The wings were good with and without the ranch and I preferred them without. The rancher pizza was good and included several meat toppings like sausage, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon. The crust was thing and brick fired so it had a light char on the underside. The crust texture was a crispy outer layer with a doughy interior. It was typical of brick fired pizzas I have had elsewhere. Service was friendly and the food was made and served to us quickly. I would definitely eat here again.
