Two Rivers Inn — Hotel in Thermopolis

The “manager” VERY rudely grilled me on why I was parked in their parking lot. Demanding answers to 5-6 questions before I asked her who she was. I have never experienced such a disrespectful person in my life, and I work with teenagers. I immediately felt put off and unsafe. The rooms are a joke. Carpet isn’t even attached to the ground but they just laid rugs on top to disguise that. The bathroom DOOR has a HOLE in it. I didn’t feel safe to touch anything as there was brown stains on the outside of the toilet. Exposed wires poking out of the walls, an electrical taped hole in our FRONT DOOR?! Seemingly from the old lock? I would never pay $80 to be harassed and feel like I’m staying in a crack den. Never would recommend, never staying again. Absolutely...

WOW!! Great value. Do not let the exterior fool you. Stayed 4 nights with wife and kids. Rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable and you can tell they paid much attention to details. Much better rooms than the Days inn for half the cost and wife well beyond approved ;). The manager was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Aside a continental breakfast that kept the kids happily fed they offer boat fishing guided trips of which my son and I took advantage. Kyle the guide is very knowledgeable and taught us how to fly fish. We caught 3 fish one of which was my 7 year old catch of a 22” rainbow trout. Amazing memories. We love Thermopolis and this will be definitely our new stay from now on. Well done and thank you...

Not impressed at all! We tried to check in but the door was locked and nobody was here. A sign said to call a number but twice nobody answered. When they finally answered, I was told he would be here in 3 minutes. Ten minutes later, he showed up on a 4 wheeler! It took forever to get checked in because he was on the phone the whole time booking a float trip. It appears he is the only one working at the motel. This is an old motel that has not been upgraded at all. It was clean but not in good condition. We could barely close the door because it was sticking so badly. There was a door that went into an adjoining room but we could not lock it on our side. They put an end table in front of it but that did not make it safe at all. We will never...
