I went in for a charger box…..while waiting, Lisa was working with a guy that was there when I walked in and after listening to the conversation I realized she was nearing the end of a complicated situation so I continued to wait while browsing. I had a great experience with the gentleman who helped me on Friday morning, April 25th! I was passing through my phone had completely quit working and he managed to get me into a new phone and get everything switched around and very little time and cost.
