One Stop Repair & Services Center — Local services in Thermopolis

Driving through Thermopolis the day of solar eclipse 2017, and the Red light came on in our van. With hundreds of miles in front of us, we used Google and social media to look up car repair shops in town and after leaving message with three places, we went to a hotel and asked if they knew a good garage in town. Without hesitation, the front desk lady told us to call Mike at One Stop.

Since it was already getting late, we spent the night and then dropped the van off first thing in the morning. After explaining our situation, he took it in right away and within ten minutes time he had a diagnoses for us. It was a poor connection for one of the sensors we had replaced about a month ago in Canada. He carefully showed me the sensor plug, and then proceeded to clean it along with the area where the sensor plugs in. Immediately, all of the error codes were gone and the van was running like a dream again.

Ladies and gentleman, I have to say that this quick diagnosis and subsequent repair absolutely made the day for us. It showed me that there are good and honest repair professionals out there, and that all you need to do is find them. I've had a few unnecessary repairs charged to me over the years (in my own home city no less), and it was so refreshing to come across someone who loves their job and cares about making people's trips as enjoyable and worry-free as they can be.

Word-of-mouth led us to Mike and One Stop, and I hope that this simple review will let someone else make the excellent decision of choosing them for servicing.

Needed to have the ac looked at to satisfy myself that somethng else wasn't going wrong with the car. When I saw the reviews on One Stop, I decided to have it checked out there. It shocked me when I was asked to pull in behind the red truck "so we can have look". Look he did and found the problem, then said it would be a few days before he could get the part in maybe I would stand a better chance at a dealership in a bigger town. My family of 7 were traveling through Thermopolis and late Thursday night, I ran over something that fell off a truck. I had to wait until 8:00 when one stop opened. I explained to the man at the front what happened and he said, let's put it on the hoist quick with no hesitation. The pipe had dislodged from my catalytic converter.
