Arby's — Restaurant in Thomasville

Changing my review to a 4 star. I went today for lunch, was hesitant but so glad I went because that #4 was on point and absolutely delicious! 🤤 I truly enjoyed eating here a couple months ago. And would have given it 5 stars then, but the last few weeks have been rather disappointing. On multiple occasions they run out of the same things.. Certain types of buns and the jalapeno poppers seem to run out often. Sometimes drive thru is closed, sometimes the lobby is closed, and then sometimes like yesterday 2-20-24 afternoon both are closed with no sign/explanation just employees walking around cleaning I guess from what it looked like. Just truly inconsistent and it's an inconvenience. Today was the first time I actually got buffalo sauce with the nuggets I ordered so that was a plus last 4 times it was forgotten. Also the fries portion today 2-21-24 was pathetic, highly dissatisfied on that part. The last two times I've ordered the #4 smoked brisket sandwich the crispy onions were forgotten, a different cheese is being used, plus the bread having to be substituted for seeded or onion bread really changes the flavor of a once favorite sandwich of mine. ually enjoy Arby’s, but after my last three visits, I’m seriously reconsidering. In the past two weeks, I’ve stopped by three times, only to be met with frustration. Either the system is mysteriously “down,” or I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told it’s inside only—along with at least 15 other cars stuck in the same situation.

If the drive-thru isn’t available, someone should be outside letting customers know instead of wasting their lunch break sitting in line for nothing. It’s beyond ridiculous.

To make matters worse, whoever was working the drive-thru at lunch on March 7, 2025, was either completely untrained or just didn’t care. If they can’t handle the position, they shouldn’t be working it.

I’ve always been an Arby’s fan, but after this repeated nonsense, I’ll think twice before stopping here...

We don't have an Arby's in my town so I generally get extra to enjoy another meal the next day. I got a Rheuban sandwich and it was super good. The fries are seasoned curly fries, yummy. The next day, I reheated a roast beef sandwich and it was still great reheated. The Arby's BBQ sauce just adds to the deliciousness of it. The prices are probably online with the other fast food restaurants in the area. My only complaint was that my husband and I got 4 sandwiches. His was double roast beef. We checked to make sure all the food was in the bag, then we had to ask for the sauce and salt,which was fine, but when I got down the road, I pulled out the "Napkin", no that's not a typo. All the food that we ordered and they put one napkin in the bag. I guess we were supposed to...
