One of the worst experiences I’ve had!!!! Drove 30 minutes to try out this cute ice cream and coffee shop today and had the worst customer service experience. We found a hair in my daughter’s ice cream I notified the worker and he had a nasty attitude about it and was yelling saying that people try to do that all the time then Stated that I had to still pay for the ice cream which was absolutely fine even though my daughter only took 3 bites. Which once again was absolutely fine. He then accused me of putting it in her ice cream and stated that he could bring up the security footage. And I said that that was fine he can look at the footage and he didn’t do that. I still respectfully paid for the ice cream and went out to the car. Then he comes outside when we were about to leave yelling at us about accusing them saying that we made him mad. And I told him that it was not that serious that I have already paid for the ice cream that she didn’t even get to eat. I stated that I have management experience and currently work in food business and that all of that was uncalled for. He stated that there was hair on the table! And started cleaning the table. The place was so cute but the worker was beyond disrespectful!!!!! You should not have someone like that working in your establishment! He was disrespectful and aggressive for absolutely no reason at all especially if I was absolutely fine with still paying for the ice cream! I never once asked for free ice cream or a replacement! This visit they had new decor and a different vibe. Very lively! I met Chris, who was the absolute best: His personality it so great!

I had the turtle sugar free and thoroughly enjoyed it!

2023 Review- Excellent ice cream shop that offers several specialty sundae option, a hot bar with coffee, lattes, etc. I’ve been here previously and have always been impressed with the desserts.

This time, however, there was only one staff member, there weren’t any other customers at 7pm when we arrived. However, by the time we left at 7:25 it had filled up. They were out of vanilla ice cream and a couple other things. I couldn’t get the root beer float I wanted due to the lack of vanilla ice cream but the strawberry shortcake sundae was amazing! The spoons were pretty flimsy but when it’s delicious ice cream, you’ll eat it however you need to!

I will still come back to this establishment for their delicious options alone. It just feels a bit...
