Hardee's — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Well this is my heart he's experience today. I ordered a monster burger with onions ketchup and mayo I'm a truck driver so when I got to my customer took a bite of my burger it was dry as crackers . I I expected for my burger to be the way it's supposed to be that I'm paying my money for I'm sure the cook is expecting his check to be with his check to be so why can't my food be the way it's supposed to be so I call and talk to the manager she took my number and my name and she never called back so 2 hours later I called back and I kept getting put on hold transferred put on hold so here's my review I'm very disappointed and I would appreciate if you train people to fix the food correctly that was my heart-earned money I was hungry and I had expectations just like you have expectations of how you want your check to be when you get paid do it right...

I'm from the west coast and Carl's jr is pretty popular. I remember the food being delicious...freshly cooked burgers, fries and onion rings. Not here....my burger made with sour dough bread was pretty sad. I expected the sour dough to be toasted and buttery like I get in Cali. The bread had the appearance of being toasted with butter but was soft like wonder bread. The criss cut fries were terrible, cold and soft. I took my Illinois born friend here thinking I'd get a Cali experience and was sorely disappointed. He said he can see how he's never been tempted to go there and has lived in South Holland for 30 years. Ordered a bacon double and a strawberry shake & the lady asked did you want the meal or just the sandwich. I said just the sandwich with a strawberry shake. For just the burger it was 9.79$ the shake was about 4.00$ and some change so with tax it was like 15.88$! For just a burger & a shake & when I got my burger it was no ketchup or mustard & from what I remember I didn’t see any bacon on there ether!!! I wasn’t so upset about it but I would think if I’m paying 9.79$ for a burger it would have ketchup & mustard on it with bacon if I had to rate the burger on a scale from 1-10 I’ll probably give it a 5 1/2 but the shake on the other hand was pretty good I’ll probably give it 7 1/2.
