After ordering my entertainment system in January and paid for. I received it in March. The first delivery the delivery guy broke the bridge to it so they had to reorder it. Two weeks later when it came it was the wrong size, 3 weeks later it was broke again. So now it's the end of May and I still don't have my completed system so I went to the store and complained and the workers told me the manager was not in but they will definitely compensation me because they felt my frustration. Well meanwhile they delivered a tv stand and didn't bring the shelves so the next day when they brought the shelves they was putting in the new TV stand that was supposed to be with my entertainment system and the delivery guy broke my vase, now when I called the store to tell them what happened they said the manager would call me. She called 40 minutes before closing and was very rude and unapologetic about me having to wait almost 5 months for my entertainment systeme to be completed and about my vase getting broke and offered me a insulting $60 dollars for my vase and nothing for all of the inconvenience. The vase was precious to me because I got that from my mom's house after she passed away 3 months ago. Purchased with a lease agreement a bedroom set dresser came with no mirror and manager promised To provide a mirror in a few days, never happened called him several times and every time got one lie after another he has never tried To make this right and has never called me. I stop calling after awhile and now stuck with a dresser with no mirror. Told the leasing agent they are horrible and don’t stand by their word at all. Will be also reporting them to the better business bureau because it’s not right to treat people this way when we are giving your establishment business.
