Horrible customer service! I waited at the drive thru for 20+ minutes. During that time I was told they would be with me shortly twice. I started to get impatient so I asked how much longer would it be but got not answer so I decided to pull up to the window where the employee said they were doing a shift change. For 20+ minutes?! I don't think so. I told her I did not order over the intercom because no one responded so she told me she couldn't do window orders and than I had to go back and order in the drive thru or I could go inside. I don't understand why she couldn't take my order there since they obviously don't care how long customers wait anyways. She could have just taken my order. If I went through the drive thru is because I had my reasons for not wanting to get off my car. I ended up leaving very upset because they wasted my time. The next day my husband goes to get me food because he knew I was craving a baked potato and tells me that he too waited a while, not as much as me ,and the idiots messed up the order. They did not give him his fries, my burger was not only sloppy but missing ingredients. They also failed to give him the receipt. You can bet that I will be driving to a different Wendy's from now on even if it's a bit further. This place is not worth giving them my money. Read moreI went through the drive thru at this location on 7/30/25 @ 10:05am. Without saying a SIMPLE "HELLO, MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER", the female working the drive-thru says very rudely "go ahead with ur order". I then said "can I have a chicken biscuit, can u tell me the other breakfast sandwiches that are $1". Her response to me was again VERY RUDE as she replied "ALL THE BISCUITS". I highly recommend that the owner of this particular location investigate to find out who was working the drive-thru on 7/30/25 @ 10:10am., specifically who was taking the orders because that particular female was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISPLAYED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She shouldn't have never been on the drive-thru. I wouldn't even want someone with an attitude like that to even make my order, if that's how they take orders. Great or even Good customer service will give any business a good reputation and keep customers returning and posting positive reviews, but when u have a female that lacks BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, such as this particular female, then expect your franchise to be in trouble. Read moreI hope the supervisor/GM sees this. I sometimes do doordash overnight. I went to pick up the customer's order and I went to the drive thru and told the person I had a pick up and they told me to come inside....I even asked if the door's open because there's been times where it's locked...not all locations have an outside window pick up...so I saw the side door propped open and me not thinking of it...I assumed they meant that door. Right away I saw the cash on the counter and I was surprised...I looked over to my right and another dasher is in a entry way where the dashers picked up and as soon as we looked at each other...I knew I wasn't supposed to come in through the open door...I backed up and watched the employees work without apologizing and asking how was I inside after 2:30am...the female employee looked down and knew she messed up...and she goes to ask me what's my door dash pick up name...then yells to the other dasher what's his dasher's pick up name....she comes out and walks passed me....money still on the counter....and walks back behind the counter and then calls me up to confirm the customer's order and then moved the money behind her.....THEN she asked how did I get in...I told them you guys left the door propped open and pointed to the door and then I left. Dumb employees and my mistake for coming in the wrong door, but how was I supposed to know when the employee told me to come inside.
