I go to this starbucks during my lunch break to get a Venti Double Chocolatey Chip Frap & a slice of their iced lemon loaf. My usual order. With being the only order in the starbucks I wait around 5 minutes for my drink before I realize all the workers are chatting in the back, when I check I see that my drink had been ready and the male worker had forgot to call it out - no big deal. I took a sip of my drink and it's not what I ordered. I let the worker know and reiterated my order to him. He remade the drink incorrectly again. At this point, this has taken so long that I need to go back to work so I ask for a refund. The female worker then rang up my refund as the incorrect drink at the incorrect size, when I corrected her she made the same mistake again. Now, I am verging being late for work and take the incorrect refund. Whilst all this is happening - the worker gives my incorrect drink to a friend for free. So twenty minutes later I leave dissatisfied with a lemon loaf, having paid for a drink that someone else is drinking and me a partial refund. Please...

Customer service was non existent. If your busy cleaning I understand, but at least acknowledge me with a I'll be right with you. After I stood patiently for 2 minutes and she was done doing whatever it was she was doing, she walked up to me will still no words and just started at me. They had a sign on the cookies 2 for $3. I asked if that was right and she said, "Yes, but we don't have the code". You probably shouldn't put up a sign if you don't have the code. Or offer to override it or discount it or whatever it takes. I just ordered a coffee and left. Suprise surprise there were no words said from her yet again after I grabbed my coffee. Literally everyone was new except 1 person and I feel bad for her cause she was running around like crazy trying to pick up the slack of everyone else( which they were just standing here and not helping at all) the line behind us was at least 7 cars.
