Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Thornton

To whom this may concern, I went in today at exactly 11:28 am and asked for the $5 buttermilk ranch special and according to the employee they couldn’t serve that meal because the chicken was frozen ? Ok ... so they offered me 3 piece tenders instead so I took it, that plus a sandwich. Never asked spicy or mild, never asked anything until I got to the Pay window I asked if I would please have both of them spicy. I waited like 5-10 minutes for my food roughly which is outrageous for a fast food drive thru. Anyways! I didn’t care and left happy ...on my way to the store my daughter and sister began to eat as I ate my sandwich. Little after I hear my sister say ewww the bombers have a chewed gum !!! I couldn’t believe it!!! Wow ...! I can’t understand how that can even be possible or how someone can miss to notice, I emedietely took a turn dropped my sandwich and drove back. When I took it in MICHEAL MORE a “manager “ of the store # 10893 or as he said “ #76” said he made my food and accused me of being a lier ok buddy what ever makes you feel better. However, why would I waste my precious time to even drive back to get a $5 refund? I concider myself well off enough to afford a $5 meal. I just couldn’t believe my eyes to the incompetence this manger had I mean who made him manager? how can you miss something of that CALIBER ?? A chewed gum ? Really that is unacceptable and gives CHURCH’s a horrible name because you best believe I will tell everyone and anyone I can my experience here. Plus I will put it on social media and take it to corporate. No one absolutely no one should have to deal with such a disgusting situation due to lack of employee malice. I still can’t believe I had to go through that and I will take this incident as far as I can. I would like to see with my own eyes camarafootage of my food being made at that time, I will not have that happen to anyone else. Plus now I am unsure of what else I could have ate.... So please I would appreciate if I can get a response and footage of that store at that time of my visit because I did not do that and if it was done purposely there should be consequences. I would hate some one else deal with the same sick person who did that too me. I really didn't want to give them even 1 star cause they don't deserve it!! I went to churches Chicken drived thru around 5:00pm to 5:30pm today and order the Shrimp and Tender plate for $5.00 and a side of okra for $1.99. I get all the way home and there is no tenders just 8 PC of shrimp. The same thing happened 3 days prior to this . So I tried calling them for about an hour. Sometimes they'd pick up the phone and not say anything but you can hear the cussing and laughing. So I went up there and told them this is the 3rd time this week this has happened. So she replied what do you want me to do about it? I told her to replace it and she got smart with me and told me after I get my food never to come back in here again . Well that's not a problem cause I'll NEVER EVER go back in there again!! As she was bagging my order she was slinging my food around . I think they all should be fired and get friendly people in there . There always so rude and they always messmyp my order . Don't know why I keep going back there but I bet I won't again . All the comments I read on this place and all other Churches say pretty much the same thing . They should really teach there workers some respect and manners, Cause they sure don't have it at this location in Thornton Colorado on Washington St. They just lost my business!! I hope they all get fired and Churches Chicken ckoses all there stores!!!! Rude!!...

The one on colo blvd. They only have fish lately. Which is okay but it's a chicken place so they should have chicken and when you go there they don't have no chicken I just have fish before the remodel of the always had chicken great grilled chicken and now I just have fish food it's not a fish food place it's been there for a very very long time so why does it have to change now the other churches have their chicken the one in Thornton the one East Colfax one on Alameda mostly all of them except for the one on Colorado Boulevard like I said she just has been there more than 15 years no it's at chicken now all of a sudden is most serving fish food. Or have they been there longer so why the change people around the area and all around they love their chicken so why all of a sudden more fish please we want chicken not fish like I said it's changing lock I don't know if it's due to the corporation or if it's private own but we want our chicken please not fish is okay but not every day we love our chicken thank you please do...
