I'll start off this review by saying, this is usually the go to place that my boyfriend and I get our deliveries from. We've ordered here countless times, have changed nothing about our ordering process, and tonight we got something pretty unfathomable.
Order was placed in the oven around 5, we called an hour later, and the delivery guy picked up. Said he called our phone multiple times, we never got a call. That's fine, mistakes happen. We ask if he can still deliver it. He says sure, be there in 20 minutes..
Another hour passes. It's been two hours since we ordered pizza. We call and ask for the manager.
This could have been avoided with a simple "I'm really sorry about that. We will refund you immediately." But what we got was an attitude and claims that we somehow "cursed out" the delivery driver, saying he was stupid or something. We never got a call from the delivery driver.
After being nagged and scoffed at over the phone, the manager begrudgingly gave us a refund, still no pizza.
Most pizza places would say "Sorry about that, here's a new pizza and a refund." Having waited 2 hours and hungry, WE should have been...
Read moreI order the same pizza for at least the 7th time this past year and it still comes with the wrong crust, after I have chosen my crust option and even clarified on instructions for them to check. Delivery guy delivers the wrong crust pizza and barely knocks on the door letting me know the pizza had arrived. I call the place to get my order right this time and the guy says it will take around 40 minutes to be delivered again, I agree and wait around an hour and 20 minutes before having to give another call to the place just for the guy to tell me that actually my order was cancelled because of other orders they already had, thanks for giving me the wrong order then waste my time as a bonus. I don't know if this is a universal dominos issue or just from this place--I have given many tries with this place and it still seems that nothing changes, the pizza when it's right, it's good, but so many times it was not right and for that reason I am not ordering from this...
Read moreIts frustrating that there is supposedly parking in the back, but management allows the Domino's drivers to take up the front spaces that should be for customers. There's often no where to park for the 'deliver to the car' option. Unless they're going to walk it out to the street. ...I think having them park in the back is safer for your associates, no?
