Today in March 18, 2025 we went to go pick up our mobile order this late afternoon for our dealership and we experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of our drinks was accidently ordered wrong, instead of it being a Frappuccino it was ordered as Iced Chai. We asked the Barista if we could change it to a Frappuccino and with her snarky attitude she said yes, but there would be an uncharged and we said that was fine. Then she went on to say with her attitude that she would have to throw the other one away. Well ok, but we didn't need to know that. We get to the window and she's staring at with a horrible look of dislike and like we did something wrong to get but asked to modify a drink. Then I simply asked her how long she worked there and what her name was and is Samantha she replied with the continued horrible customer service she gave us at the speaker and it stayed into her saying she'd been there 7 years and with a response of ignorant entitlement. We've never seen her or her attitude there before and we do plenty of coffee runs for our dealership to the Starbucks down the street from us. Read moreFor the third time in a month, this particular Starbucks has shown their employees are NOT a tight enough team to pull off a busy breakfast shift without colossal foul-ups. 9:47am I used the mobile app to order 2 hot sandwiches and a cold coffee. They're busy, that's nice. I go in to get my food at 9:57am and my "hot" sandwiches are sitting on the counter, cold coffee nowhere in sight... By the time the new girl (I assume she was new because one of the girls who has been there a while asked if she knew how to make my Nitro cold brew) got around to making my cold coffee, my sandwiches were a greasy cold mess. I received my completed order at 10:04am. I hope you pay minimum wage because your employees really aren't giving out more than minimum effort. The coffee was at least drinkable. It isn't like what you do is complicated-- heat up a pre-packaged sandwich and throw cold coffee in a cup are both tasks any middle school student can do. Read moreScam gift card, warning!Do not purchase your gift cards at this location. On 12/10 I purchased five $50 gift cards as Christmas gifts. Of the five cards three of them showed up as a zero balance when activated. Very frustrating the store could do absolutely nothing about it. I phoned customer service who were able to give a history of the card use. Two of the cards were actually activated before I even purchased them. The full amount was wiped out about a week after I purchased them,in Corona Del Mar. The third card also activated 12/6, prior to the purchase date and was wiped out in full as well, in Riverside. None of these cards had left my possession as they were Christmas gifts, A case was opened which is under review and I am awaiting their decision. Terrible! As was the customer service.
