I'm not a male Karen, I don't like getting upset about anything actually so the fact that I was forced to be upset over this is what makes me even more mad.
I asked for a light ice in both my drinks. obviously you get more drink when you do that and I'm not paying for ice I'm paying for a drink. One of the drinks had no ice and I'm like okay cool that's fine. The other was 3/4 of the Venti cup jam-packed full of ice and the rest of the cup was empty. I politely and walking on eggshells went over and asked " hey sorry I know you're busy, but could you please add some more cold brew and pour out some ice because I asked for light ice. She said " just because it's light ice doesn't mean I have to fill it to the top. " I said regardless of what's empty in the cup the rest of the cup, 3/4 of it in fact, is full of ice. she then said okay I'll remake it and walked away. Then she came back with a remade drink still about 2- 3 inches empty from the top and then the cup was STILL half full of ice... not 3/4. There was so many people waiting I didn't ask to remake it again plus She was pretty rude throughout the whole process and the way she handed it to me.still never made the drink properly. And I've never had any issue anywhere. Most everyone knows what light ice means. Definitely not half a cup to 3/4 a large cup just ice and the rest empt. Then to be rude to a customer for bringing that up... Is crazy haha. I'll never go to this...
Read moreThis afternoon I stopped in to this location,, because I was in need of a cold drink. No other stores were opened at 10:25am. I walked over after I paid a utility bill in the shopping center,,it was crowded. They have a covered patio,,and it was filled up. So I walked in,,there was a healthy crowd. I was able to determine what drink I needed. I paid $ 5.75 for a Strawberry Acai beverage. Friendly staff ,,the interior is much different than other locations in the area. I did stop into the bathroom,,it was a bit untidy. Missing paper towels,, other than that. I had no complaints.. I did need to wait,,but it was worth it. The drink was delicious,,not too sweet and it most definitely served it's purpose. I was in a hurry,,so I moved on. Would I return to this location "?? Sure,, to be honest 5.00 for a small drink is a bit to much. I suspect this has to do with the 20.00 salary increase for Food Service employees"? So had I ordered a medium,, I'm guessing it would have cost maybe 6.00-7.00"?? Anyway this is a bit more refreshing than a Coke...
Read moreFor the most part this new location has been decent but today was not so great. I didn't have a lot of time today but I allowed myself enough time for the drive-thru. Well the line took way longer than normal, each car spending almost 5 min at the window. When I was the second car to the window, the ended up charging the car in front of me for my order along with theirs and then had to issue a refund which took even longer. When I finally got my order, my drink was wrong. I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino and they gave me a mocha one, I don't know how they got that confused, I also asked for extra caramel which they didn't put in, I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant which was cold and hard when I went to eat it. I unfortunately had to be somewhere so I didn't have time to wait for a new drink and food. I didn't even finish my drink or food. Very poor service today and wasted...
