sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Bowls and Plates — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Been waiting all summer for sweetgreen to open! I went on the first day they opened and was very impressed by the staff and how great they were already :) I ordered takeout from their website and it was ready in only 10 minutes despite how busy they were with dine-in guests. The takeout is SO EASY because they have a pickup door you enter and the orders are right inside that door - I was in then out the door in less than a minute and had a lovely staff member still manage to greet me while working in the back. The food was delicious and I love that I can add rice to their fresh salads. Can’t wait...

Ordered a chicken salad and a steak salad on UberEats tonight. Waited an hour and a half for the UberEats to arrive, only to discover whoever made these salads didn’t put chicken in the chicken salad, or steak in the steak salad. And they forgot to put dressing on both salads. And they didn’t include any utensils. Cherry on top was that by the time the food was delivered, the store had closed. Spent $33 on these salads to get two bowls of limp lettuce with no meat or dressing. Absolutely horrific service. First time trying sweet greens and never again. Thankfully Uber refunded us....

Consistency issues. The food is always good, but I frequently have issues with online order accuracy. Tonight, I got a harvest bowl which I requested to be tossed and have dressing. However, it was neither. I looked at the receipt, and they had just missread it. I can understand forgetting to toss it, but I feel like remembering to add dressing is kind of key...
