Stop wasting your money here and let this McDonald’s close for good. I’ve stopped here many times because of the convenience in my day and travels but today was the last.
2 days ago, we had an early appt about an hour away. Went through the drive thru for a on the go breakfast. I placed a roughly $30 order. Got to the pay window and she tried charging me for 2 waters. Told her that’s not my order and she says “yes it is.” I finally pay for my order and pull to the next window and she starts handing me 2 waters. Again I said that’s not mine and had to tell her what my order was even though I’m holding a receipt. She the hands me my food and says thanks and closes the window without my drinks. I knocked on the window to ask for my drinks. She gave me my coffee and apple juice. I was so annoyed I didn’t realize until I was a couple miles away that I was still missing my orange juice. I am NOT paying mcds orange juice prices and not getting it. So I made a u turn and went back. I went inside this time to find out that it was the manager that handed me my food drinks and left out my orange juice. When I asked for my orange juice she LAUGHED, no apology nor did she get me a new one. The cashier up front went and got me one. Thank you her.
Again, in case you missed it. The manager laughed at me for her missing my drink.
Then today I’m not feeling to good and went for a smoothie. Was told to wait at the drive thru speaker. 3 cars place their order in the other lane. I say hello and again told to wait. I left.
They have continuously missed my add tomatoes or no pickles. Extremely inconsistent.
Never going back to this location. Bye.
So.. it’s 8/28/24 and I went back to this location. I paid 90 cents for them to add 4 slices of tomatoes to my sandwiches. Almost a full dollar for 4 slices of tomatoes. That not even my complaint. When I receive my food. There’s only one slice in each sandwich. So I paid 90 cents for 2 slices of tomatoes.. I’m bringing my own tomato next time. And the large fries were probably only filled as much for a small. How is this place still open? Pictures of this...
Read moreI understand a short staff experience and don't mind going inside to wait for food to be prepared correctly. This locations drive thru experiences have been nothing but tragic. From ordering sandwiches with not the correct toppings, asking for smoothies and getting milkshakes, not getting a hashbrown with a breakfast meal or any at all sometimes I just order hashbrowns with whom I'm with and I don't get any. Instead of making your day worse and being that customer in your drive thru this is the resort. The only time my food is prepared correctly is when I go inside and order at the kiosk and I've noticed when both drive lanes are full it's faster to go inside and be in person. But man this drive thru just sucks. Last time I went to the drive thru the gentlemen asked me to wait and the other lane people were going through and other customers were mad at ME for waiting at the speaker box even though it was YOU. And your drive thru sign says 24hrs yet when we go there anytime after 11pm it's all closed up? So why have a sign?? I'm not the only one having issues in your drive thru just I'm not going to address them further and ruin your day like you've ruin many of mine. Good luck with your business as neighboring towns close their mcdonalds maybe this location will start having employees that actually want to...
Read moreMcDonald's in three rivers is a joke. Asked for 2 McChickens with no lettuce (because they always put wayyyyy too much), add mustard and dehydrated onions. And a shake, but of course that machine is down (I'm assuming, I wouldn't know, the employee taking my order just said "can't do shakes."). After waiting at the window for "fresh fries", my sandwiches both still have lettuce, and no mustard. The onions are all in the wrappers, not on the sandwich, but hey, at least they're there I guess. Must be too hard to remember customers orders when you've got 1 employee leaning against the counter on his phone and another walking around talking on her phone. Only saw one employee actually working. Until my order was done, then the one walking around talking on her phone threw the bag of food down onto the counter and pointed for the guy leaning against the counter to hand it to me. Guess that's what I get for going to McDonald's instead of Burger King, where you can "have it your way" instead of "have it however our employees feel like making it for you". Should be zero stars, but everybody knows you...
