Horrible service. I am sure they don’t care about reviews because they don’t care about customer service. My wife ordered a $150 worth of catering from this location and pre paid for it and when I went to pick it up the “manager” or owner simply said “sorry, we don’t have your order” he didn’t offer me anything at all and made zero effort to make something for my daughters birthday party. Wouldn’t or couldn’t refund me and said eventually we would get a refund when they see we didn’t pick up the order… the same “they” that didn’t get the order is going to refund us? Service used to be good but has been going downhill the last year or so. Very poor service, rude employees, and ridiculous wait time. Was told I had to come back and wait in line again 20-25 minutes later if I wanted four sweet almond pretzels. They refused to let me order. After 20 minutes, they told me I would need to wait another 20-25 minutes since they only made two. It seems like they were trying to force me to order from the few remaining ones in the display instead of making more.
