The food isn't worth the racism I had to deal with or being ignored when I tried to report it. I asked for soft tacos and the girl cooking made a remark to the girl ringing my food up being sure to check with me to see if I didn't mean hard tacos since I was an American and the started laughing. When I asked who the manager was I was told the male who was standing right next to the girl who made the comment who laughed right along with her, so I didn't bother to complain that evening. I called the next day and left my name and number and explained what happened and never received a call back. I even emailed their corporate office and recieved no response. In all the times I have been here I have had nothing less than the most lovely experience ever! After receiving a coupon in the mail, I decided to embark on this adventure to this before unheard of place. Upon entry on my first, and each subsequent visit, I and my partner have been greeted warmly. The patience of the staff has been noted during my indecisive pondering, and chips promptly offered upon completion of payment. I came to this Baja Fresh in Tigard on hwy 99 around 7pm on 08/26/2023. I had a free burrito coupon for my birthday but she did not take it off the bill. She was so busy on her phone she couldn't be bothered. I was furious but luckily for her my Son let it go. Then, to thank us for that she did Not put my food in the bag. The cook had to come out and make her gove it to me. Such a payhetiv experience woth a pathetic employee I cannot believe she jas a job. In this day and age she should br more careful.
