Grove Cookie Company goes above and beyond when it comes to personalizing the packaging, adding an extra touch of warmth and thoughtfulness to each order. I was pleasantly surprised to see my name beautifully written on the box, making it feel like an extra special gift! Not only that, but they also include a personalized thank-you note, which made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and heartfelt.

But it doesn't stop there! The company allows customers to customize the assortment of cookies in each box. Whether you have specific flavor preferences or dietary requirements, they accommodate your needs with a wide array of options to choose from. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction and take the time to make each order unique and memorable.

I really appreciate the extra effort they put into making the packaging personal, as it shows that they value their customers and strive to create a delightful experience beyond just the delicious cookies. We placed four orders that we wanted to self-deliver and it came with one gift message card when we needed four. It simply doesn't make sense for their business model not to anticipate that each individual order should come with a gift message card instead of the entire order having a single gift message card when your company is planning to deliver the orders to multiple people. Charge for it if you must but having the order delivered only to realize that it came with only one gift message card was extremely disappointing. I called them and the person on the other end (I believe one of the founders) essentially said tough luck instead of trying to fix the situation.

We were planning to use them at our company for our growing number of customers but after that experience, we will never use them gain and will make sure the communities of founders and CEOs I’m in know...

Man o man. I don’t write reviews. Especially when it comes to food. I think food is something people should experience to then form their own opinion. That being said, for these cookies I will make an exception.

Grove Cookies are quite possibly the greatest cookies I have ever eaten. They are perfect in every way.

1 - soft and chewy (even the edges are soft) 2 - FRESH (I get these shipped to me. Not only do they arrive fresh, but they LAST!) 3 - Every flavor is incredible and consistent! (Oreo is my favorite) 4 - Size (perfect size! Big cookies are a novelty. These cookies might as well be the cookies your mom made for you when you get home from Kindergarten) 5 - CUSTOMER SERVICE! (This team is extremely responsive. You can tell they CARE about the product. Made with love in Oregon!)
