Bellagios wings
The reason of my low rating besides the quality of food is also the poor and very rude management skills (manners on addressing a matter that didn't needed to escalate to this point where I had to download this app to let locals know how bad experience I've had!
I order some BBQ wings and spicy wings from this place for the first time thru Uber eats which I thought it was a great idea since my car didn't work!
Uber delivered! but when we opened the box the wings were burnt from the bottom stuck to the foil which I immediately decided to call the store and let them know how I got my food I was cool calm and collected all I wanted to do is let them know so they just keep an eye for the next person but as I get transferred to talk to one of the managers (Tyler) who immediately was from the get go being unprofessional answered and said ( so you are the one calling to complain about some wings!?) rather then hi sir how can I help you? Or what seems to be an issue !? I get it it's closing time like he mentioned more then 7 times on our conversation and proceed to tell me that him and his other coworker slash manager put the wings together and made sure that my order wasn't messed up so there is no possible way that my order was burnt! Try to explain him and try to talk to him about the experience still being calm he kept on cutting my conversation and telling me he has worked there for 5-6 years and he don't have the time to be on the phone to hear someone complain about some wings that he knows aren't burnt so I told him if he allows me to talk I will explain what seems to be the issue and kept being rude I told the gentleman I'm a cook myself and understand so he cut my conversation by laughing and told me I got to go I don't have the time I told him I can go and take the wings to the store so he can take a look at them and told me he wouldn't be able to do anything about it even if we're to bring the wings to the restaurant as he was closing so I decided to hang up the phone and left him talking on the phone as I was furious and decided to download yelp and let you guys know to be careful on supporting our local business with this kind of service! Sad to see that not only as a business level but as a person this gentleman has no manners and still has to mature more on both aspects! Read moreI placed an order for NIMBUS LOCATION through the Bellagio’s Pizza app and got the same error message each of the five times I tried: “Error -1 q4h cannot be cast to com.b.bellagiospizza…” Turns out my card was actually charged all five times. When I called, I was told the charges might drop off that day—or possibly sit on my card for 2–3 days—but that I’d eventually be refunded. That alone is frustrating, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer care.
There was no offer of compensation, no reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this happening to someone else (who might not have $437.50 available to be tied up potentially for days). I don’t fault the manager I spoke with Ian—he did make an effort to get something approved for customer care—but it was clear the decision came from above him, and the answer was no. For a mistake of this scale, I would have expected at least some gesture of goodwill.
Instead, I was left questioning whether the customer experience matters to them. Quality pizza, but sub-quality customer care and consideration FROM THE OWNER themself.

Read moreWent in for a pickup friday night, line was extremely busy. Chef had the pizzas ready a bbq chicken and a gluten pepperoni mushroom for my sister who has celiac. Chef admitted that the pizza was touched by regular dough and asked if it was for someone with an allergy. I replied that it was and he and I believe the manager, fast tracked a new pizza. Ordering out for some with celiac is literally Russian roulette. My sister does not have that strong of an issue but ordering something that has even touched gluten will make her sick to her stomach. She once described the experience of eating something that had gluten as if it was dripping with epickac. But not to belabor the point it gives me so much piece of mind that anything I order will be treated with same kind of care. The best part to boot I believe they have the best gluten free dough I've ever had. I have no issue with gluten and have no problem sharing a pie with my sister (must be a fan of thin crust). I have been a customer of Bellagio's for at least 10 years and have frequented many locations and they all have delivered the high quality pizza that I continue to get at the tigard location and I encourage anyone who wants a slice, normal or gluten free to...
