I had a sectional in mind when I came in (went through a process with a different furniture company and ordered online, but it was too big because their website had the dimensions wrong!-UGH) anyway, JR greeted us promptly and I showed him a picture of the sectional I came in to buy. There was a similar sectional with the same features on the way to the one I came in for and he stopped us by there to show me. He did his thing and showed me how the sleeper part pulled out and the storage ottoman lifted up. Then we went over to the other one, which I hated because it had buttons on the seat cushions (so glad I didn’t buy that one online). He did his display thing and I ended up choosing the first one, it was only mildly more expensive and so much more comfortable. He told me about a 5yr same as cash financing option and said I needed to buy a lamp or something to meet the $2500 minimum. I didn’t want a lamp, and asked if he could show me some dining room chairs. He showed me every dining room chair in the color I wanted that they had in the store, but I didn’t like any of them. I’m building my own dining room table and all the chairs they have match the dining room tables they have, naturally. Great chairs, just not what I was looking for. Anyway, I just decided to pay for the sectional. Super fast process in the store. Now I have to wait for my couch to come in and be delivered. JR was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could give a actual review on a purchase, I can only give a review on the horrible experience we've had with fraud and dealing with mor furniture. Oct 07-24 a person went into the mor Tigard showroom in Portland or. This person applied for a line of credit in the store, got approved with just a signature (no id) was also able to pickup the mattresses at the Portland distribution center (with no id) we received a bill on the mail, mind you we live in California. We've never been to Portland Oregon. We called right away. Mor furniture said that they would help, we received little to no help at all. We had to file a federal fraud complaint. One would ask themselves, how could this happen, how can someone go into mor furniture and get approved without a id? I asked mor that question, they said they ask for id during the purchase and at time of pickup. Interesting! Well the salesperson's name is Heather Radford at the mor furniture showroom in Portland or. She handled the whole transaction from beginning to end. This wasn't Internet fraud, this was a actual person being helped and assisted by a mor furniture employee! None the less we finally got the fraudulent charges taken care of after alot of work on our end. I just want people to know this information if you decide to shop in this mor...

Took a while to find the right couch, after what seemed like forever we settled on a great looking couch from Mor Furniture. We picked the color and waited the 16 weeks for delivery (kinda long wait time compared to others but what ever). Couch was delivered today and to my surprise it was the wrong color. We ordered the color elk cafe (brown) and got a bluish grey (firefly flannel). The delivery guys got it unwrapped about half way when I told them that’s not the couch we ordered. They put it back on the truck and left. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and they said they would have to wait for the couch to be shipped back and inspected for “damage” before we would have to wait another 16 weeks for the right one. I asked for a refund and they said they could refund us but a 20 percent restocking fee would be charged to us because it was a custom order.. I said wtf it’s not the couch we ordered. They said because the delivery guys didn’t take pictures there was no proof. I thankfully took a picture of the tag on the wrong couch that stated color etc.. they eventually refunded us but it will take a few days. Pretty disappointed with the whole situation.
