2/24/24 Phenomenal drive thru McThletes. Finessing orders and fixing mistakes with no hesitation or pause. Excellent service. Fresh fries.
Por este tomate con tocino McChicken, te lo agradezco en el alma.
9/6/23 4am Fire this crew. Mobile order.
Previous Edit: in the last 4-5 years coming here probably way more times than I should, service and food has always been exceptional.
Today, the day before my birthday, I just wanted one of my favorites, my fav struggle meal...
Spicy McChicken with Add 2 tomatoes & 2 pickles. This doesn't mean 2 of each, it's 2 orders of each. That's 4 tomatoes and 4-6 pickles.
The first one had no extra.
Since I was in drive thru, i didn't find out until I got home. Since it was something I really really wanted, I went back, walked inside, and politely pointed out that the Sammy with the special tag on it, was just a plain McC.
The manager confirmed I wanted it loaded up with 4x4 and I said yea.
He told the young dude on the make line to re do it. I did hear him have to tell the guy twice, even though the order was on the tag.
Assuming the bag I was handed was correct this time, I left. In the lot I checked, and this was not the case.
Frustrated, I gave the sandwich to the gas station attendant who filled up my car, and I went home.
I've worked that make line before. It's a tough job. I moved from that job, to a restaurant with no drive through because that stress sucked.
I started at dishwasher, and worked my way up to back of house kitchen manager in 8 months.
25 years after working that make line, I'm finally getting into a high paying position with different but just as demanding stress.
I hope the young guy that probably got yelled at sees this review. Don't feel like you have to suck at the sucky job because it sucks. I know times are different than when I grew up. If you have an opportunity to excel, take it. Push yourself, and keep finding new plateaus.
Because of the time management skills I learned at mcds, I was able to fit more dishes through the room I came to loath.
Because of that, I was able to learn how to prep for the next days inventory.
Because of learning that, I was moved to the line within 2 weeks.
Using the multi tasking skills I learned from the dish room, I killed on the new make line.
The time management and multitasking got me nailing multiple full orders when other chefs were barely able to fill one or two orders.
Pretty soon wait staff fought to get me to take care of their entire tables order because it was always perfect and in par timing.
Because of that, I was promoted to shift lead, and almost immediately back off house assistant manager.
Within the end of the year I was back of house manager and my former manager took front of house management and we were peers.
A year after that I moved to a new position where I managed my own kitchen, front and back.
I left that career to travel, spending as little as possible, and working brutal manual labor to fund my expeditions after my money ran out.
If you made it this far, thanks for listening to my story. I hope you stay inspired, and know that even though your job might suck, and you hate everything right now, you're still making a difference in someone's life. I try to remember this on days I don't want to get out of bed, when I can't stop the noise and I want to relapse, when the only thing I want to do is leave this world.
You make a difference, and even though you might have mucked up my order twice, it's ok, and I appreciate you...

Read moreAlso an 8/20 visit as the reviewer below me, but with a different experience.
I pulled up to the drive through during my lunch (overnight shift), no car was in front of me in the left drive through lane. I was made aware that their computers were down and were taking cash only, which I was fine with. Cashier said she'll be right with me; I said okay. 2 cars went to the right lane, were told cash only, and drove off without ordering. A car comes up behind me, waiting; 2 more cars go to the right lane and place their orders through there with them being told cash only first to make sure they can pay. Cashier has not checked on me, I utter frustration under my breath then they say they'll be with me soon (more than 5 minutes have passed at this point). Two more cars go to the right lane and place orders, to which I then ask the speaker, "Am I going to be helped? There have been multiple vehicles that have either placed their orders or left because they don't have cash and I have yet to have be addressed or asked to give my order." Cashier says she'll tell the other person to take my order soon, another car came up, started ordering, and I just drove off without saying anything else. The driver behind me even figured this out and gestured to go to the right lane and literally said "They are not taking orders from this lane." What is the point of multiple drive through lanes if you're just going to flat out ignore one of them for over 5 customers in a row?
I left this location very unsatisfied and without any food, wasting my 30 minute lunch and gas for the 10 minute drive to and back from the location. You guys need to address this as this is also a common complaint in the Google reviews page for this location with multiple reviews experiencing the same issue with the drive through. The lady was also rude in her response, "If you would just wait, I'll be right with you", which was said multiple times without any follow through and after I had been waiting upwards of 10 minutes at that point. After the first conversation warning about cash only, I had to initiate talking to the speaker every time; if I didn't speak up, they would've legit kept ignoring me.
And I wasn't there for the yelling, though I would not be surprised to have seen people yell about either cash only or being ignored in the...
Read more1/08/2022 Came here to get some free Mcnuggets because the blazers did awesome in there recent game. We had the codes ready on my wifes and myselfs phones. We go through drive through, and it took about 20min since it was busy. The guy who took my order was kind enough to make it two separate orders so we can get our 2 free 6pc Mcnuggets. We get to the pick up area and we receive the bag and we drive off. Soon to realize they didn't give us both orders, but only one. We try calling so we don't have to go though the drive through and wait another 25min. I called and waited on the line for someone to pick up for about 10min. So we go through the line again. Everyone was very kind and understanding. I didn't mind going through the drive through again I just wanted my 2nd 6pc. After another 25min of waiting I finally get to the pick up window and am greeted by a very rude young girl with short curly brown hair wearing a blue short sleeve shirt wearing a black face mask. She in a nasty tone told me that I needed to tell her I had two separate orders for the 6pc Mcnuggets. She then proceeded to say she won't give me my 2nd 6pc because she was never told anything. I said ok I'm sorry for the inconvenience. She then shut the sliding window. I was pretty irritated at this lady now because I went through the trouble to wait an additional 25min through there drive-thru to get my 6pc. Once she came back I told her to loose the attitude because of how unprofessional and rude she was. She then responded with "I DON'T HAVE AN ATTITUDE!" and tried to lean out of the window for some reason. I drove off because this lady didn't seem mentally stable to work here and I felt threatened by her response. I understand working can be stressful but don't take out your frustration on others that are trying to be kind even if they are also...
