If zero stars were possible. I'm astounded at the poor customer service. I was just in there this evening right before close. I was one of 2 patrons. There were 2 bud tenders. One was helping a patron male with beard Caucasian the other was counting money. female very small in stature couldn't see over computers wear a beanie with a pride heart sticker. Her very long light brown hair covered her name tag I stood there for a few minutes she never looked up or greeted me Eventually I asked her if she saw me because she was so short She actually said to me "I'm sorry, I have things to do. At that pint she was stocking shelves. I was floored. To make matters worse after I complained she stopped what she was doing to help someone clearly her friend. Never again will I come back. I was a newer customer but I had money to spend and the last few times I spent about 300 bucks. I also tipped well because until last night the customer service was good. There are 5 other dispensaries within 3 miles of me with the exact same products from some of the same farms. Management is a joke wouldn’t exchange my burnt disposable pen i had barely bought the day before still full with receipts and box general manger talked to me saying that the pen still works and that it’s good to smoke on cus it’s just only Oxidated does this look oxidated no it’s burnt I told her so you want me to keep smoking on a burnt pen she basically said yes cus there’s nothing wrong with it that they wouldn’t be able to get a refund on there end but they would get a refund if the pen was leaking ??
