Starbucks — Restaurant in Tigard

I have ordered the same drink for years. Java chip frap with a extra shot. The last 5 times I been here they give me a white frap that tastes like milk. I tell them everytime it's supposed to have coffee and a shot and it's dark brown, they look at me like I'm stupid and put more chocalate in it and that's it. Then it just tastes like chocalate milk.
