Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Tillamook

I don't know what has happened at this location but service is totally gone. We moved to this location 4 years ago and were delighted to find a Papa Murphys. Weekly Tuesday visit. The employees were so awesome and got to know them on some personal level. They recognized my voice and order weekly. Month or so ago all that changed with new management. Every week has been a problem. Last week I waited almost a half hour just to pick what I ordered a couple hours earlier. Today I sat at the drive through window for almost ten minutes, ignored by two pizza makers who saw me there but didn't wait on me. Another male employee came to the pick up window but answered a phone call and wouldn't wait on me. The store manager saw me but also didn't wait on me. I rang the outside doorbell and even knocked on the window. Wow... I owned a business for twelve years and had I treated customers this way would never have lasted that long. Guess I need to find some alternative to what has been a weekly tradition for...

Came in not knowing what I wanted, was offered a deal on this crustless pizza and I was on the fence thinking that's like a something casserole, without the something... They obviously could tell that's what I was thinking and added that a perfect addition was to eat it with their cheesy bread sticks. They were right, and there was sooo much leftover afterwards, the crustless pizza not the breadsticks, that I made a second meal of it the next night by mixing it with a couple boxes of macaroni and cheese. In hindsight, I wish I would have done that to begin with because it was absolutely delicious and why I must highly recommend you give it a try just to switch things up, get the breadsticks to go with it and don't forget to get some marinara sauce for dipping. If you try it, you'll be glad you did and, like me, will be looking forward to having it again soon because it's honestly that good. I bought a cheese pizza at reception, then they told me to wait 30 minutes outside and come back for the pizza in that time, so I did... Then when I came back to bring the pizza I talked to the lady asking her if my cheese pizza was ready, my name Johanna and she ignored me even though I know she heard me, then I told her again and she ignored me again for a second time, I mean that she just ignored me. again, then for the third time I asked him again and he abusively told me to keep waiting and to my surprise the pizza was already ready, placed on the board with others and I had to look for it on my own but for that and more. . . . I assure you that my experience has been terrible, the customer service is horrible and unpleasant, very discriminatory, racist and with little consideration for people with disabilities and...
