McDonald's — Restaurant in Tilton

The craziest thing happened this day at McDonald's. I'm going to keep it simple and paraphrase when it comes to dialogue. Firstly, my wife and I pulled up to the McDonald's and immediately noticed three masked men -- one was really heavyset -- were pounding the you-know-what outa some dude who appeared to be strung out due to a bender of some sorts.

Strung Out Dude's head was bleeding and his hair was caked in thick blood. The skinniest masked man pulled out a box cutter. Just when I thought Strung Out Dude was going to get gutted rotten in a fast food parking lot, the skinny masked man simply sliced open much of Strung Out Dude's shirt. The other two masks flung Strung Out around by his shirt -- which was really just a white V-neck short-sleeved undershirt -- until the shirt tore off his body as he was being thrashed into the dumpster. His dumpster impact left a human sized blood stamp.

SKINNY MASK: Get this dude's watch.

HEAVYSET MASK: See if he has a wallet, too.

SKINNY MASK: this guy has serious ducking cash on his assistant. I know it. I just do.

Mask #3 removed Strung Out's boots. He immediately kicked off his Converse All-stars and handed them to Heavyset, prior to trying the boots on.

MASK #3: Wouldn't you know. They fit like a glove.

Skinny pulled keys from Strung Out's pocket. Jingle. And opened Strung Out's eyes. He grabbed a brick by the dumpster and clocked Skinny in the face with it, ripping off a huge chunk of deep cheek flesh ripped open along with his mask. Unwanted the blood squirted out his face like a volcano eruption. Before pulling the keys from Skinny's hand, who was now twitching on the ground in so much brick-to-face blood, Heavy set grabbed Strung Out by the throat. Strung Out Dude viciously and with both hands slammed the brick four solid times on top of Heavyset's skull. The large masked man dropped like a dead fish.

Mask #3 was pulling off the stolen boots when Strung Out chucked the brick at Mask #3 and nailed him in the chest, knocking the air out his lungs. Mask #3 fell to his back just in time for Strung Out to stomp in his face a bunch of times until his mask was ripped to shreds. Strung Out pulled off Mask #3's hoodie and put it on. He slung his boots over his shoulder and walked through the drive-thru....

The great thing about McDonald's is that you know what to expect. We know that it's not going to be a gourmet meal, but the fries are usually fantastic and the hamburgers and fish filet are great for when you just need something to eat. Wow, did this location fail to meet the most basic, reasonable expectation. We were driving home from a concert, and needed some quick food and a restroom. Although we arrived a full hour before the posted lobby closing time, the doors were locked. No biggie, we can find a rest area on the highway. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 fries and 2 Filet of fish meals. The order was ready promptly, and we were back on the highway. After getting back on the highway, we passed out the various orders and discovered just how poor McDonald's fare can be. The fries were COLD. Not cooling off, not warm. Cold. That's bad, but the bigger issue was the Filet of fish sandwiches. These were "sorta warm", but absolutely nothing else on the sandwich besides the filet and the cheese. They were dry as a bone, no tartar at all. So a sorta warm, dried out to the point of being chewy piece of fish on a bun. I have an iron gut and will eat damn near anything, but didn't eat more than the first bite. As it was late and we were back on the highway, I was not going to turn around and go back. I did vow to write a scathing review though, so here it is. I know that hiring quality people is difficult currently, but when your hiring choices reflect this poorly on your business I would hope that these reviews are...

This places was real bad people walking in and out of the kitchen going outside coming back got French fries not even washing their hands the hair isn't tied up very dirty people place was dirty was all bums in this place. I was not pleased I couldn't even get a Caesar salad was not happy with the place at all. They uniforms with dirty not even cleaned they weren't cleaned them self but if the state went in there they would of close them down, if they saw what I saw. I just can't believe they're serving people like that, it disgust me. I'll never go back again, never unless the state goes there and check them out. I this is in Tilton New Hampshire made me sick. It was like free for all for the food. People walking in and out getting their own food. Then walking in the kitchen getting what they wanted, then back out side. Then back in. Not cleaned. Then a girl her hair was not cleaned she went put with some guy maybe and employee. Then came back in and just got fries didn't even wash her hands or pull her hair up. No one was clean or neat. I just wanted a salad. I walked out. I went to Burger King. They where very friendly and clean and neat. They couldn't do enough for me. I got my salad there. I was very happy there. Not afraid women. I thanked them for their kindness. And being clean and smiling. That I...
