When I arrived there, there was a lady waiting to pay and she asked me if anybody works there which made me wonder if I should’ve gone to their other location instead, but after a few mins of standing, the camarera walked in with another employee or the boss and I was told to sit anywhere I like. I was their only customer at that time. I ordered carne asada and was told that it’s not on the menu, but I could try their fajita instead so, I went with that. The food took so long to arrive and to my surprise, I was served with what I REALLY wanted; steak with white rice and the other usual sides. I didn’t ask for a white rice, but it seemed like whoever prepared my meal was a mind reader. Yes, the food took so long but that’s how you can tell they only make it when you order it. The pupusas had a good taste but barely had any filling. They really should add more filling for that price. Also, the curtido was perfect but I definitely didn't get enough for the minimum order of three pupusas.
The tamarindo barely tasted like tamarind so I know it wasn't made in-house....
