On the evening of November 7, 2024, I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tinley Park, IL (Store ID: 467). After dining in the bar area, I needed to use the restroom. When I approached the restroom entrance, I saw two caution signs blocking both the men’s and women’s restroom doors, each with a printed note stating, “Bathrooms out of order. Currently being worked on. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Wendy's and Speedway next door are open if you need to use a restroom. Thank you, management.”
I approached a staff member who was passing by and asked, “Is this a joke? I have to go to another business to use the restroom?” The staff member explained, “The toilets are overflowing, and we have a plumber on the way.” I left the restaurant to follow the instructions on the sign, walking across the parking lot and crossing Maple Creek Drive to reach the nearby Wendy’s. However, I found their doors locked, with only the drive-thru open as it was 9:15 p.m.
Frustrated, I returned to Buffalo Wild Wings, went back to my seat in the bar area, and expressed my concerns to Jasmine, the bartender, and another employee. I explained that the restaurant should be closed if there were no functioning restrooms, as this violates OSHA and ADA requirements. They responded, “We’re just servers.” I then asked Jasmine to speak with the manager in charge.
After a few minutes, a man named Bart, the manager on duty, approached me and asked about the issue. I explained that operating without functioning restrooms violates OSHA and ADA regulations, and the restaurant should be closed. Bart responded that the bathrooms had only just started overflowing and that a plumber was already on the way. When I reiterated my concern about the regulatory violations, he replied, “I know more about regulations than you do.”
I then asked Bart for the general manager’s name and if he had a business card. He said no, adding that the general manager’s first name was Kamal? but refused to provide a last name, stating, “I am not legally obligated to give you that information.” At that point, I ended the conversation, closed out my tab, and left the establishment.
The manager on duty, Bart, was totally unprofessional in his responses to me and clearly does not know the regulations for operating a restaurant. Furthermore, Bart need adequate training in customer service. I would be embarrassed if I were the general manager of this Buffalo Wild Wings. I will not spend another dollar of my hard earned money in this restaurant after the rude treatment I received, and I will encourage my friends and family to avoid patronizing...

Pros, Food was fresh, very clean and nice mixed crowd.
Cons The bartender (Jasmine) is the absolute worst, I want you all to watch my entire interaction ( I had a Bears jacket on) as I sat in the bar with her; I was there June 19th, 2025 and starting at 7:30pm.
She took my drink order, and once I finish, literally ask everybody else around me if they wanted another drink and never once came back and ask me if I wanted another one. Literally ignored me the whole entire time I sat there, I even watch as she took everybody else cup off the edge and ask them if they wanted a refill and I never even had the courtesy of being ask if I wanted would like another drink. Then I just order my food, my food took almost 20 mins to come; and once again, she never once ask if I was okay, or even gave me an update on why the food was talking so long and then once it came, she just pointed to me and said thats his food, so that person who bought it out could bring me my food. I had to even ask for a refill on my water but every one else who sat at the bar, she Carter to.. I’m not doing this for anything but I just want it to be known that she was by far the worst bartender I ever dealt with. I will not be back. Even now, I sat at the bar and was able to write this whole review and said I wouldn’t post it if I even got an, “are you ready for your bill?” But no, I’m still sitting here able to write this whole review without a single interaction from her.
My bill came, she threw the bill down and it...

Starting from the minute we walked in the door; It took 3 people to figure out where to seat us. We finally got sat & the hostess rushed through her speech so fast while seating us that we had no idea what she said. When our server finally came to take our order, she wrote absolutely nothing down (and had to come back & ask us to repeat part of our order) & when we got our food, there were multiple errors. My sandwich was supposed to have cheese, no cheese. My boyfriend ordered fries, got no fries. We ordered an appetizer; it never showed up. We had to ask for silverware, there was none on the table or given to us when we sat down. We also never received napkins without asking. Our server did come over & apologize for my sandwich being incorrect, although she had a snarky attitude. She said they were making me a new sandwich & it’d be right out… we waited at least 15-20 minutes & while the new sandwich was correct, the tater tots they gave me we’re crumbled & looked like they’d been scraped from the bottom of the pan (photo included). All of the servers, not just ours, seemed to have no cares or sense of urgency. I think one of the managers was the one who originally delivered our food & even she seemed to have an attitude & not care. TERRIBLE experience, & this isn’t the first time this kind of thing has...
