I saw the negative reviews and it really got me thinking, I don’t want to discredit someone’s potentially bad experience because that’s how we learn and grow, but I didn’t want to give up on the idea of trying some Jamaican food today solely because I was intimidated by 3.8 stars. I think our dining experiences are very personal and especially food, Liking or disliking is a subjective experience.

Personally, the food is delicious. It might be a little bit spicy for those with a lighter complexion - But don’t let that stop you from at least trying.

Ordered the curry chicken and the jerk ribs: The curry chicken is my favorite because the chicken falls right off the bone and it is cooked well. The jerk ribs are really good, but I’ve always been a chicken fan first. The rice and the vegetables are delicious and do a good job of supporting the main act.

The lady who served me was very kind and incredibly patient helping me figure out what to order. She even included a free sweet treat. Thank you ❤️ I’ll be eating here regularly (it’s only 6 minutes...

My second time at this place and I found out they do not know how to Calculate Taxes!!! This Is Horrible When You’re Operating A Business!!!!!! I Ordered The Brown Stew Snapper And According To The Menu They Gave Us The Brown Stew Snapper Is Listed At 23.00 Dollars.. But When He Rang Up 23.00 Dollars Plus Tax My Bill Suddenly Becomes 26.75 For The 23.00 Dollar Meal & I Paid Cash,,,Because He Said If I Use My Card There Will Be A Fee,,, Then It Was Going To Be 27.75 You Don’t Have To A Wiz At Math To Know Something Is Wrong!!!!! 23.00 Dollars Plus 7% IS NOT 26.75!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the food here, absolutely delicious! Love the husband and wife, super welcoming. But past two nights I’ve shown up there’s been no luck… Yesterday night I showed up late but the lights and music were still on so I figured there was still time (if not no worries) but they were open till almost 10pm serving personal friends, not sure if they were paying, but the restaurant was shut down with one guy cooking in the back and drunk customers outside.
