I deliver food for Door Dash and 4 of the last 5 pick ups I've had for this location they have not been able to fulfill the order. Once it was their grill was down and they just got it up and it would be 45+ min and I need to cancel and once it was they were closing early and twice they had some story about how they have no food and can't fill the order and it will be 45+ min until anything could even be ready and completely out of 2 items and telling me I need to cancel. Funny thing is I sat in their parking lot talking to support canceling the order for 10 minutes and as I pulled out of there low and behold I see them serving a customer food through the drive-thru window... How could that be if they have no food ready? Between this Taco Bell and a few others notorious for similar scenarios around Titusville, I have had so many canceled orders that I'm not even eligible for a flat fee to get paid for driving there!!! If you are a delivery driver for Door Dash, GrubHub or UberEATS, BEWARE!! I even tried calling ahead multiple times and never do they answer the phone!!
If you are ordering food from one of these apps, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else because more than likely your order will be cancelled out of nowhere!! And if the driver doesn't call support and cancels for the wrong reason, your order will be sent to other drivers who will encounter the same problem and have your order drag on longer being delayed over and over (yes this happened to me on one of the occasions listed above, another driver already went there and had to cancel I know this bc I spoke to the customer who was shocked to learn the order wasn't cancelled!!)

Read moreAwful! Food is ALWAYS cold and the staff NEVER, EVER, EVER gets the order right. The last time my daughter and I went here, not only did we wait in the drive through line for literally 45, yes 45 minutes (we would have left but if you know anything about this Taco Bell you get trapped in the line and can't leave once your in) but when we finally got to the window, the cashier purposely didn't give me my change! When I finally was able to ask for my change (she had already gave us our food and was waiting for us to leave) the cashier was extremely rude when she was caught! When we got home the food ($27.00 worth) was ice cold, I mean really cold! I called to tell the manager about our horrible experience (the forty five minute wait, the cashier trying to keep my change and the ice cold tacos) the manager said to bring the food back up there and that they would replace the food. I told the manager it was too late and I didn't want to drive all the way back up there, she refused to put my name in the book and replace the food at a later date! I couldn't believe it because every other fast food restaurant will put your name in their book and replace the food at another date! I refuse to ever go to this Taco Bell ever again and it sucks because it's close to my house. I now go to the one on Cheney, they are way cleaner and the staff actually has respect! Sorry but this is an honest review. If it were only a one time incident I would have rated it a little better, but this had happened...

Went there again today with my fiance to get lunch. Radio was on an ok station for a few minutes before the GM Katie changed it to a very inappropriate station. Why this girl is still employed by Taco Bell is purely beyond me. She lets employees go behind the counter on the floor with normal clothes, which is a huge health voilation. Half of her employees smell like whatever they're smoking in the back. You wonder why the lobby is always empty when this girl works compared to other managers. She doesn't care about her customers. She forgot my fiance drink on purpose when we went thru drive thru. Like how many complaints does corporate need to get with this store when this girl works? Does someone need to threaten corporate with the news just to get them to properly straighten this store out and make it so that people can take their kids here without having to cover their ears because of the music?
