Quite possibly THEE worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's. Only three workers were present but two of them weren't really "there" if you catch my drift.. The kid who took my order seemed completely spaced out and lost. Didn't have a morsel of customer service ability within him bless his heart. Charged me for two extra drinks when I just ordered two combos (which only comes with two drinks, duh). It took forever to get those refunded by the manager who was practically the only one making the food. Even tried arguing with me about it. Unreal. Nobody could math that day I guess. They only seemed to be doing the drive-thru and doordash orders and ignoring everybody in the lobby which eventually became about 10 of us. Waited over a half an hour for two combos. My father also ordered just two sliders and one roast beef sandwich and that took 37 minutes. I don't care how slammed you might be, (which they weren't, just horribly unorganized with little to no communication amongst them) 37 minutes for 3 sandwiches is inexcusable. There was no pep in their step at all. I can't believe two combos with an order of "premium" chicken nuggets cost almost $40. There was nothing "premium" about the food whatsoever. Food was lukewarm/cold by the time we FINALLY got it. It sucked just that much more because we were all famished from an entire day at the zoo which had all of its food/refreshment areas shut down for the day. Arby's sounded so good. Man were we wrong.. It was just the cherry on top of the absolute dumpster fire they were running there. The manager eventually had to shut things down because they couldn't get it together. Don't know why they didn't shut things down sooner to catch up on orders or re-evaluate the game plan. Do NOT eat at this location. If you decide to for whatever reason, I hope you're not hungry cuz you're going to walk away DISAPPOINTED. At least the lobby seemed clean. Thanks for coming to...
Read moreI think I’ve had enough of this Arby’s location. About a month ago we did a mobile order and we arrived at the location and went through the drive thru, they said we can pull forward, we waited a bit for the car in front of us to get their food maybe 10 minutes and then it was our turn, they said they were out of roast beef. I was quite upset just because you could have told us 10+ minutes ago and not waste our time, then they said they couldn’t give us a refund because we did it through the app, even more inconvenient, I had to email corporate for a refund. Well then we went back there today and did a mobile order again. Went through the drive thru and this time they tell us that they are not allowed to give mobile orders at the drive thru anymore, I’m shocked…. Isn’t the whole point of making a mobile order supposed to be more convenient for both parties? I don’t see how this affects the drive thru when I ordered 10+ minutes ago, it should be ready by the time I arrive which is wasn’t and a few cars in the drive thru actually got their food before our order and then I had to wait another 10+ minutes inside. The staff seemed very immature and were groaning say things like “oh my god uggh” when they have to actually do their job. What if someone is handicap and using the app, seems like having to come inside makes it harder on the customer. I feel like you would want to try and keep less people out of the building, you would have less mess to clean up with peoples dirty shoes and such. The app even says you pick it up on the self or go through the drive thru. I’ve had enough of this Arby’s location, I’ve gave them a few chances and they just keep...
Read moreWorst experience i have ever had, waited 10 min before i was even acknowledged when no one was in line, placed my order a number 6 and 2 pizza sliders, what a joke waited an additional 15 min still no food, assistant managers was laughing and joking with the staff, i asked how much longer it was going to be, no response 5 min later i finally just ask for a refund, still no food, got some weird receipt that said the order was void, asked for a contact number to the manager waited another 5-10 min, still didn't get a contact number. By far the worst experience i have ever had at an arbys, and finger crossed that i didnt pay for food i waited 30 min for and never got!!!! The one good thing about this experience is one employee a young man with dreads/braids, really seemed to care and be empathetic to the situation unfortunately he is not the assistant manager because he would be a great one!
I visited this location at...
