Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

The "sub" I ordered was so tiny. Definitely NOT worth the money. I could have spent less money getting an actual good quality sub from subway for cheaper, and I know it'll be quality. And it came with a funky Italian dressing that did not go with the flavor of sub I had. It was disgusting. Not a pairing that should ever been okayed and allowed to leave the restaurant. Whoever decided that was a pairing should honestly be fired. Their cheesy bread is hard to chew through and has almost like a really yeasty sourdough taste that is quite off-putting. I regret giving this shop my business. It is most definitely not worth what they charge for less than mediocre food. What a pure disappointment. Won't be ordering from...

I used to work here years ago, and although I wasn't treated right as an employee the food was amazing, and even when I left the job I continued to patronize at both of the Toledo locations because again the food was amazing, the last couple times I've ordered from there I was very unhappy with my order, I always order the triple bacon turbo sticks with extra bacon, with extra garlic butter and 2 ranches, I get told 20 minutes and I go in 20 minutes but my cheese always looks like it's been sitting a while, I don't ever taste the extra garlic and it's such a bummer😫, I just want some hot fresh super cheesy, garlic, bacon an cheese loaded turbo...

Great food, and even better customer service. I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman who took my order was new. I had to repeat my order a few times and even then he still got my order wrong. When I came into the store to pick up my order, Allen took care of me. He was very polite and when I told him what my order was supposed to be, he apologized and had a new pizza made for me right away. It was an inconvenience to wait for a new pizza since I had hungry kids and a husband at home, but he was apologetic and kind about the mix up. I was very pleased with the service...
