My parents have been enjoying this restaurant for a while now. I tried this place over 17 years ago, and I must admit I didn't like it. Now older and opened minded to new favorites I tried it again. I am so thrilled I did. It was amazing! I got the Moo Shoo Pork, and It was the best I have had. Even great the next day. My son got the Boneless Almond Chicken with fried chicken, and even through my picky son didn’t like it, my dad and I kept stealing piece from his plate. It had such a rich and flavorful sauce with chicken crispy and tender creating a great combination. My daughter got the Chicken Lo Mein with soft noodles and she added squid (she’s more adventures). She loved it, and I normal don’t like this dish at other locations found I loved it was well. My Dad got the Egg Drop soup to share around the table, and even though it was not what I was used to, I found the favor amazing. My daughter and I had two cups. So good! Tried the chicken wings on my Dad’s recommendation, and the breading on those wings was perfect. I can’t wait to try this place again maybe at lunch time. I want to see what else I may love!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jing Chuan Inc., and it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. The ambiance of the restaurant is both elegant and inviting, striking a perfect balance that enhances the dining experience. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable seating, contributes to a delightful atmosphere. The menu is a standout, offering a wide variety of authentic dishes that cater to all palates. Each dish I tried was a testament to the skill and passion of the chefs. The flavors were rich, balanced, and truly captured the essence of traditional cuisine. A highlight of my visit was the exceptional service. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They offered great recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Moreover, the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant were impeccable, making the dining experience comfortable and reassuring, especially in these times.

First time dining here as a recommendation from a friend. Customer service is 5 stars. Safety protocols followed for safe, indoor dining experience. 4 stars here for overall rating on food. We tried the Jing Chuan special dinner for 3. This included sizzling rice soup, fried dumpling appetizer, and 3 dishes (kung pao chicken, Jing Chuan shrimp, and sizzling beef with vegetables) plus steamed rice. Flavors of the dishes were pretty good, although in a few dishes, the sauce was a lot and watery. The dumplings were just ok. A bit oily, filling was not much; perhaps just different from other places I've eaten at and smaller in size. I would definitely go back and try more of the menu.

I was disappointed. This place got so many good reviews I was really hoping for some amazing food. I was craving some lo mein and crab rangoon and searching in the Alexis/Secor area this one popped up and sounded fantastic.

I got the crab rangoon, amazing! These are crab and cream cheese mix wrapped in wonton and deep fried. Tasted so good! 6 in the appetizer and about $5, good price. Then the wonton soup, a small feeds about 2 people, it says 2-3 but that would mean really small portions. The noodles tasted creamy, I don't eat the pork but there was ample pork in the noodles as well as sliced in the soup. I believe cabbage slices were floating in the soup and large mushrooms. I picked those out. The small was about $5 and still a good price since the broth was good and the noodles were good even though a bit creamy then I remember.

My big complaint is the veggie lo mein. WAY too many onions. I don't like onions, it would have been fine if there were just a few. It was just saturated in sauce. The lo mein noodles were cut into short pieces which bothered me because that made them harder to eat. It looked very unappetizing, all a tan color and very few other veggies. It took me about 15mins to pick out not even half the onions. Finally I just gave up.

The restaurant was very nicely decorated, the staff were friendly, and I walked in to order the food to go and it took less than 20mins to make. Very quick. Lots of parking in the back. Overall I recommend the crab rangoon and the...

After being seated we waited 15 minutes before seeing our server so we ordered food and drinks at once. 10 minutes later 2-3 other tables were seated, one being a party of 8. Fast forward 20 minutes and everyone that were sat after us got all of their meals in full while they left a plate of Sesame Beef and onions on our table, just beef and onions with no mention of when the rest of the meals will be at the table, lemon chicken, rice and noodles. We mention to the manager about this and she keeps cutting us off while we’re trying to explain the situation, she didn’t even want to hear what we had to say. Roughly 10 minutes after that we finally got the 2 remaining dishes, both at different times while the original dish got cold, and they refused to make another one to come out with the rest of our meal. We didn’t even have plates on the table to be able to eat the original dish. The food was pretty bland and definitely Americanized. We ordered more drinks but non ever came not even the terrible water. We never saw the waitress again once we got our food. We also had to walk to the front to pay for our 2 drinks and have them remove 4 egg rolls we never ordered, the table next to us ordered 4 though. I was told to have the waitress complete the payment but I told them we haven’t seen her so they took my card to pay the bill. Won’t be back and I’m not sure why it has such a...

I’ve been craving Chinese food for days. I used to come here often but it’s been a couple yrs. I wanted a beef dinner and saw the sesame beef on the menu. I also wanted “crispy beef” ( I think each restaurant has their own version and name for it). The description on the menus said crispy beef, so I thought that’s what I was getting. It was horrible to eat. There was nothing crispy about it. At first I thought they gave me squid because it was so slimy. I had to take off a thick slim layer of something just to make sure there was beef in the container. It was very unpalatable in my mouth. The sauce was tasty so I ate the rice with the sauce but had to discard the rest. Also, at a Chinese restaurant you usually get a large enough portion to feed two people but I had less then a half carton of food. I also didn’t get any egg roll, soup or other appetizer with it or even a fortune cookie like I’ve gotton at all Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. For the price (which I don’t mind paying if the food is good) almost $14.00, I was very dissatisfied. I don’t know if I’ll try this place again or not....right now I’m fighting my upset stomach from eating a couple bites of that slime I had. Time will tell. I hope this was just a bad day for whoever...
