Definitely, not even one star. I paid my phone bill in the Cricket store on 6/11/2025. Because I paid in the store it was $78.00. I don't have a debit card so I paid with cash. This morning my phone was shut off. I went in the store with my receipt. Ironically, my boyfriend s phone was also shut off, he pays his bill online with his debit card. We have separate accounts, separate everything. His bill was paid on 6/9/2025. The employee said I called my bank and did a charge back claiming fraud. On cash? Apparently, I had to pay $78.00 again? I don't think so. My boyfriend was told the same story. So, apparently, when you pay something with cash, you can call the bank and claim fraud??? What is really going on here? Naturally, I was told to leave because he said I was yelling. Sometimes you meet someone and you can tell immediately that you don't like them unfortunately, that was the case here. We've been using Cricket for 4+ years. After several years of getting what we considered exorbitant bills from (starts with a "V") we saw an ad by the V potentially lowering those bills. Decided to check it out. We left there angry, confused, befuddled and determined to look elsewhere because, in our opinion, the advertised pricing sure didn't jibe with what we were told our 'new, lower bill' would actually be. Turned to Cricket & got 4 lines for less than 2 lines with (starts with a "V") including unlimited data. Best decision we made for our cell phones. Great service and selection.
