Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

We have been more then fair when it comes to giving another chance to marcos at 149 main st toledo ohio actually 3 separate occasions but tonight I can honestly say was the absolute last time that I will ever contact that place to order food if anybody I know tries to order food from there I'll do everything in my power to beg them to take their money elsewhere I will be sure to inform everyone that I know to steer clear from that business and I have never in my life wondered so much how a place stays open as much as I do with this place tonight I ordered 2 chicken club subs with one of them having banana pepper and ranch the other Italian sauce and both no tomatoes mind u we've ordered this I believe 3-4 times but this time when I ordered I started to explain what I would like and the employee let me know that ok your order from last time is still in the computer...so I proceeded to ask him if he could read it off to me...he read it off and it was indeed how we wanted the subs made so I waited and thus started this adventure smh...so an hr and 24 minutes after that call the subs Finally arrive and my girlfriend goes to get them ready by just cutting them up and putting them on a plate when she hands me mine and I start to eat I notice that it's absolutely not right...loaded with tomatoes and NO banana peppers no ranch no Italian sauce so I call to inform them and more or less they say that I am crazy that they seen with their own eyes that the subs were made correctly and the peppers and other things were seen by them being put on the subs In which I tell them the subs are right here in front of me and I promise that these subs are made exactly like they are supposed to be when u order them without saying u want anything done to them except for being made so sloppy and just watered down from the extreme amount of tomatoes added to them so I tell the employee that I'm not trying to call and complain because I'm looking for any free handouts or anything I just want what I ordered with my money so I tell him look I'm looking at my food it has none of what I asked for when he tells me that I'm a liar because he watched the subs being made and that if I was looking for anything to be remade and sent it wasn't going to happen and that if I had any further complaints that I should feel free to contact corporate and make a complaint and told me to have a good night and hung up on me...SMFH never will I order from this...

Okay we usually order from Marco’s on Main St Toledo Ohio at least 2-3 times a week depending on the week but tonight was the most worse/ horrible food and service I’ve ever received!!!!! First I was put on hold I could hear the employee taking down someone else’s card information like definitely not cool makes me wonder if they did the same to me 🤔🤯 then did not sound pleased kind of on the rude side! Well after I placed my order it came to 42 and some change the first delivery person it was well over an hour and to top it off he didn’t give me a receipt to sign cause I usually tip no matter what cause I just do but he didn’t have or didn’t want to give me a receipt at all!! I found out they gave their self a tip without my knowledge!!! Then me and my children started eating our pizza and mine had hair cooked into the pizza 🍕 and my cinnamon squares were either burnt or they dumped the whole container on it so I called for the first time to complain which I hate doing that at all!!! And I explained to the manager and she said she would have them remade and sent out in 15-20 mins it took them another hour and the second driver was a woman and she got an attitude with my daughter and her tone and body language was NOT OKAY AT ALL considering she’s 12 gonna be 13 then proceeded to argue with me and very unprofessional I ended up not eating the food I spent a lot of money on because they did the same thing to my cinnamon bread again and I do have pictures it looks so nasty to me too much and it felt on purpose!! The manager also told me to make sure they give me receipts like that’s my job to make sure I sign them idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just think she wasn’t informed or just bad at her job!!! But will not order from them again and it’s sad cause I love their food usually but their staff is just off the wall now!! They are just very nasty and rude to customers and they should be fired because of it I’m sorry but not sorry get better staff!! And make them wear hair nets cause it was...

Horrible pizza and even worst manager who treats her customers like garbage. Ordered pizza tonight like we usually do on Friday nights but what we received was a very poorly made,cold pizza. I called back to speak to the female manager to politely ask for the pizza to be remade only to be met with a very callous reply and she acted like we put her out and ruined her night so after over 40 minutes of waiting with hungry kids for new pizzas I then called back and just asked once again politely to be refunded then this nasty lady manager got on the phone and said "well your pizzas are already on the way! and we need those pizzas back and also you're being put on pick up or in store orders only!" Mind you we have 🐝 loyal customers and have never complained even though there have been instances when we should have I don't like to make a fuss but this was bad. I've never been treated so poorly by a manager in my entire life and intend to call their corporate manager about this incident and hope something gets done so that others won't be treated this way. Please be warned if you order from this Marco's that if you have an issue you'll most likely get yelled at,made to feel bad about THEIR mistakes and then be banished from delivery....
