Always texting on the phone. No communication. Food always wrong.

Update. I went through drive through. Asked for sauce during my order. She said just ask when you get to the window. So i was just sitting there because she didn't tell me my total. Pulled around. Drive thru girl is texting. I'm waiting patiently but as she's texting she asks the person behind me several times to repeat themselves. She's texting and not paying attention to me or the person behind me.

She finally acknowledged me after I ask to pay. Come around to the second window. Girl gives me my food. I ask for ranch. She says 50 cents. I'm like i don't think I have change. The lady at drive through said to just ask. She asks drive through. 50 cents. Nope. So I'm waiting on my shake. Like 5 or 10 mins. Scrounge up change. By this point my food is cold. Pay for my ranch and as she hands me my 3 different colored chocolate shake, the manager goes "you can get fired for that, it's a big deal" girl says "won't do it again". Like great. Fired for what?

I drive off and call and said they need to get the girl off drive through because why wouldn't she just add 2 ranches on to my order instead of saying ask at the window? She hadn't told me my order amount yet. I was still ordering.

Then the lady on the phone said because the manager at the front could ring out the ranch. I said i told her I didn't have cash and she wouldn't ring 50 cents. She said she was too busy to take the call. I get it. It's not about the 50 cents. It's about the incompetent people working. I told her to get the first girl off drive through who wouldn't even add two sauces in and was texting and ignoring people while asking them repetitively to repeat themselves. I could clearly hear their order from my car. She just wasn't paying attention.

I've worked in food and retail. People can be mean but there's no reason to not do your job and to be texting. This place is always slow and rude. And because idk what the fireable offense was, I ended up throwing away my food and shake. Blech.

Well nothing changes there at that location, I set and watched 8 people come in from the drive-through, because, their orders were not correct, The young lady that waited on me wasn't even sure if there ice cream machine, was working or not, its all ways broke down, forgot to add my pies you my order, they didn't want to give me my meal, because I all so ordered a milkshake, so I guess if I order a milkshake, that means I don't get my drink with my meal?, wow this place is so bad ,I called the main office one time cuz a girl tried to short change me, make me wait for 26 minutes for my order, I finally just wanted my money back after all that, well here's another 15 minutes I'll never get back in my life, just to get someones action in the window, I tapped on the window to get her action and she got very upset walked away, still no change, I was ready to call the police, so I decided to see if things have improved well I was hungry ,I like the food, I then the next day called the company up, they seemed very concerned, but not enough to even offer to comp me, but I did get a call back, I must addmite. oh did I say how slow they are there? Going to call again, will keep folks advised, as to my call in the am. the place has horrible service.and has not fixed a thing, the main office should send a secret shopper in there, cuz I am so done with them there, horrible just horrible, till they fire retrain, something, it hasn't gotten any better.oh yes the people who are standing inside, have to wait while their concern is the drive-through, which they can't even get there orders...

It says to describe my experience! Where do I start?! I was in on 1/27/2017, I ordered nuggets and asked for FRESH fries. I went through the drive thru and the gentleman whom I was speaking too did not have manners. When i asked for fresh fries he did NOT acknowledge that request. So, I asked once more and he rudely said "I heard you, I got you, damn" I have no idea why i was spoke too like that. I let it go, he may have had a bad night, I don't know. I proceed to get my food and the lady who handed me my order was not friendly at all. She didn't even make eye contact or say "have a nive nigt" . I let that go as well. I get home to eat and my nuggets were not done all of the way and the fries were soggy with oil! I tried to call the location and I could not get through. It was almost like a fax number. At this point I'm very upset about how i was treated as a customer anf how my food was not properly made. I will be calling the Health Department and sending photos over! I also want a phone number too the Corporate Office, which i can not find a number for. The night shift seems to have a lot of problems at this specific location. They need to be taught how to speak to a customer and how to properly make food. The Manager is obviously allowing this as this is not my first...
