If I could leave a negative review I would. I've never been so mistreated by a fast food worker in my life. Over the simple fact they messed up, and can't admit it. Over ranch. If that lady is a manager, there is something seriously wrong with that store and how it's ran. I hope this review actually find someone who cares at that store or in the mcdonalds company.
I emptied my bag in the drive through, returned the wrong sauce they gave me. They wanted to swear up and down the ranch was in the bag. It was not. I don't understand. I really wish I woulda came inside and dumped the bag on the counter. I'm not sure where they thought I was hiding ranch.
I tried to tell them that, in the drive thru. The lady refused, swearing she put them in the bag.
I called up to talk to the manager. It was the same lady. She told me she did not need to reveal her name and she did not make the mistake. She hung up the phone on me.
I have a nuero divergent partner, and that ranch was needed. Those sauces were needed. I tried to verify in the drive-through. Yall seriously can't do your job, and treat people the way you do, I will be escalating this to the fullest degree.
I was not nasty, or rude, I was trying to get ranch and point out to them i did not have it.
The food was cold. The fries soggy. The sauces were wrong. Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. That's saying alot.

Read moreI go here about 2 times a week. Usually, for lunch, today I went there for breakfast. Little after 10 am. I ordered at the kiosk, I put in 2 sausage mcmuffins, 1 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, and one hasbrown. I started to complete my order, and then I was like ill get one more hash brown. And mcmuffins. It changed all my mcmuffins to hasbrowns. 6 hasbrowns. So I fixed my order to the original one and paid for it. It gave me my receipt, the receipt showed 6 hashbrowns, 2 sausage mcmuffins, 1 mcgriddle
I went up to the counter, and the showed my receipt to the lady there, and explain to here what happen. She took it to her crew traineror swing manager. The swing Manger/ crew trainer, accused me of screwing up. And said there was nothing can be done to fix my order. No refund, no exchange of food to the order I put it.
The girl at the counter said, I could put my name in the book. I decline.
I went to the kiosk and type in my food again, and when. It messed up again, I fixed it, went and got the girl at the counter. Showed her what it was doing. She said it was not suppose to do that. She got the crew trainer/ swing manager. She looked at it and said. These things messed up all the time, and I should have used the counter instead. Then proceeded to walk away
She admitted the kiosk messed up, refuse to exchange food for the items I originally needed, no refund.
The price for an hasbrown and sausage mcmuffin, is roughly the same. Could of exchange it. And I was buying food for people at work. So now I have all this food, that no one will eat. And wasted money on top of it.

Read moreThe service at this location has burned me many times and I keep going back because it's in a convenient spot. This is the last time that I will go to this McDonald's. My kids were hungry so we stopped to get breakfast in the morning. I was the first car at the intercom and there was 3 behind me. The other line also had 3. I waited at the intercom for almost 20 minutes and did not get any kind of replay of concern for my wait. Same with the other line. I gave up and drive up past the window to see the staff just standing around. This very restaurant has got my food wrong multiple times. 1 time I had a missing sandwich. I called and the manager stated she wrote my name in a log and just stop by to get it. I went the next day and found it was not logged so in their book. They refused which was fine with me. As I was l was leaving the manager made comments with was embarrassing. I'm sure the other customers heard her because one gentleman offered to buy so.e food to eat. I told that person that its not that it's not that I do t have money it's principal. That should of been the last time but I made the mistake of returning due to convenience.
