Panda Express — Restaurant in Toledo

Today I called and spoke to a young lady who I told I needed to speak to the manager. She immediately hung up on me and it took a few more calls to get an answer again. This time she told me the manager wasn't there. Why on earth she couldn't tell me that the first time is beyond me instead she decided to hang up. Then she asked why I needed the manager and I said I was calling to check on my application status. She quickly said that if I didn't get a call from the manager then I wasn't what they were looking for even though you guys told me in person when I visited a few weeks prior that you guys wanted shift supervisors and cooks with experience. I have 5 years of experience as a chef and 2 years of experience as a supervisor, trainer, and a manager but apparently I'm not what you are looking for. Your employee was rude and...

This was second Panda Express I drove to. First one was out of chow mein rest of day (Perrysburg), and this place were out of teriyaki chicken. Said there was 20 minute wait in order to make new one. After driving around from one panda to another and still not getting food I was extremely pissed. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for food I would’ve went to higher quality restaurant place to get food. I went to Panda because I was pregnant and starving, craved chow mein and teriyaki chicken and wanted to go to drive thru to get my food fast. For a fast food place that has a drive thru you should never run out of food! This is clearly an issue for all of Panda Express in this area based on my experience. My boyfriend and I went in for dinner tonight. I ordered the orange chicken which is always good. After eating a few pieces, I realized it was pink and stringy on the inside. It looked raw to me, the quality of meat was terrible. We talked kindly to a worker who was dismissive and only offered replacements which we didn’t want after just consuming raw chicken. They didn’t offer a refund and just let us leave. $25 worth of food, the service was rude and didn’t seem to care about raw food...
