Taco Bell — Restaurant in Toledo

I've had bad experiences at Taco Bell before but this one really does take the cake went to the drive-thru was asked by the attendant to wait a few minutes after a few minutes I placed my order for a10 pack of tacos and two shredded chicken soft taco Supremes seems pretty simple huh no it wasn't took 20 minutes to get to the window when I did get to the window the young lady try to give me a drink and prompted less money than my bill was which of course I said that's not my order she gives me another order again not my order then asks me did anybody pull out of the line ahead of me I told her no I was the Third car in the line she asked me what my order was do not believe for 10 seconds that I had to wait for them to make my order it's at this point I am 25 minutes into a 30 minute lunch and I still haven't left the drive-thru of a Taco Bell that is 3 minutes up the street from the office. And guess what y'all my order was wrong I got no tomato no sour cream on my Supreme shredded chicken tacos SMH side of the building says they love Toledo it's at this point I'm not loving Taco Bell on Monroe Street so if you're in a hurry or on a 30 minute lunch you might want to try someplace faster like The Fresh Market you'll enjoy it have...

Only car in drive thru at the time. Had to repeat the order 4 times. Kept telling us the wrong amount due compared to order screen. Pull up to window and it was wrong again!! Waited forever to get food. Get home and the $5 nacho box was nothing but crumbs and lettuce. Gordida crunch was a mangled mess!! First visit! Last visit! Never going back to this one!

Forgot my previous post sadly! What a waste of time and money. Wait 15 minutes to get to order. Another 15 to get to window. Payed for food and waited another 10 minutes before being asked if had paid yet. We had ordered a Bean borrito, a cheesy gordita crunch, nacho fries, and a party pack of tacos. 6 hard and six soft. After almost 40 minutes we get handed a bag and told sorry no boxes. Its after six and we just want to get home and start to drive away. Suddenly an employee comes running out with another bag trying to catch us. Sorry we forgot 3 tacos. And give us 2 free taco coupons with our missing order bag. We get home and the food was a mess. don’t bother coming to this location after 9pm. Even though they are supposed to close at midnight, these employees never fail to close at least 3 hours early. I live extremely close and every time we go there after 9-10 PM, their computers are apparently down EVERYTIME! went there just a bit ago (before 10pm) on 6/5/23 and even though we placed an order on the app that we already paid for, they told us they were unable to serve us unless it was a door dash order. Kind of funny, considering that the only reason we placed a pick up order on the taco bell app is because the restaurant turned off their doordash pickup orders. even if their “computers are down” it is also interesting how they are never down during their busiest times of the day and that this is clearly a reoccurring issue that the owners have been ignoring if their employees are being truthful to customers. either way, i will be waiting yet again for another 3-5 days for a refund from taco bell after I was promised food and lied to. after much wasted time and money, I have learned to never go to this...
