Tom's B.B.Q & Grill — Restaurant in Toledo

Hey I remember when times first opened back in the day but since I've been back in Toledo I went up there actually today and I was trying to figure out where I really wanted to eat today so I went up to Tom's I got me a nice half a slab a half a slab of real with a side of potato salad I don't drink soda or anything so I just got me a water with it it was beautiful the thing about the food is don't really try to save it for later if you want to get the full experience make sure you eat your time as soon as you get it if you eat it as soon as you get it I'm talking about is succulent. The young lady that was at the window that took my order actually both of the young ladies the one that took my order and the other young lady that was back there and the guy that was in the back that was preparing the food I mean they didn't get irritated or anything I asked him a thousand questions and they didn't get irritated or anything they treated me really good and I really appreciate good customer service when I go out so that's a plus plus for them stop by Tom's I went down there and looked kind of dry don't leave toms out stop by check them out it's summertime go get your rib they got a beautiful menu and I remember that I got water I like to drink water so I got water today but I do remember they had some of the best lemonade don't sleep on them check them out! Oh and by the way the half a slab with the side is well worth the money it was only about $15 you got a nice thick juicy succulent slab of ribs with a potato salad you get to choose your own side too I got potato salad...

I’m confused as to when this place is actually open? Every time I have gone for the last 2 years it has been closed. Their hours say they are open until 9 p.m. on the weekdays.

Response to the owner: How many festivals, “etc” can there possibly be during the week? You already operate on a limited schedule by not being open on weekends. The last 3 times I have gone during the week during your operating hours, you’ve been closed. You should put a sign up or post a social media message with when you expect to not be open. I assume you know about these events beforehand? Instead I am consistently greeted by a chained metal gate after a 20-min drive to get there. Absolutely terrible. I have been here a few times. And everytime without failure they charge me an arm and a leg for food that I want so bad to be good. 99% I get half my order or its wrong or burnt I ordered 4 funnel fries this time he said u want a box of fries for 5$, im like yeah sure we can share. NO BC I GOT THE BOX AND IT HAD LITERALLY A SERVING AND A HALF IN IT! Corn dogs was burnt never even got my ice cream or my side of cheese no napkins with a side of carbonated water. Sometimes the food is good. No lie but the incompetence of the drive threw is ridiculous. I should have known better considering they have a sign In the window that says no cash...
