Vito's Pizza and Subs Heatherdowns and Maumee — Restaurant in Toledo

My order was messed uo on last evening by their gm . I ordered a 12 'inch sub and the gm was on ego trip and did not want to acknowledge she messed up on my order My sub was soggy wrong meat hamburger instead of steak.. Finally after spending almost hour she agreed no lie to $8.99 store credit then when I called next day to place an order she did not noted it and switched uo the entire conversation. This was so frustrating especially from soneone supposed to be oif her status in leadership. When held her accountable for the $8.99 store credit, she then hung uo un the phone while trying explain to her.. How professional. I will never choose to do business again at Heathersdown Very unethical of her not keep her word not to mention not very prifessional. I hope tis stire records their conversatiins in the phone to hear how she lies . Bad business! Needless to say I did not get my store credit as promised

I contacted the Reynolds corporate store spoke to a Turtle who took down my complaint and information. I wait to hear from their district manager this should be very interesting for him or her to hear how Hesthersdown location handles store complaints. Not accintable st all for messed up orders I ...

We are here on a vacation. We tried calling dominos last night and after being on hold for 20 minutes hung up and called Vito's. What a blessing that was. We got the absolute best pizza I've ever had delivered to our room. Pepperoni mushrooms. The cheese was melted so perfectly. It was just starting to brown. The sauce was great. It tasted so authentic. There was the perfect amount. We got the garlic crust. I always toss my crust out. It's just not for me. But i took a bite of it and holy cow was it good. For the first time in my life i ate all my crust. I could have had that alone for my meal. It was the best pizza my wife ever had as well. We're going to pick up 2 more tomorrow to take back home with us. Hey Vito's- PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN THE CLEVELAND AREA. WE'RE BEGGING YOU! One hour and a half and still don't have my pizza. Called twice and the girl on the phone was rude stating my pizza was on the way. I Waited 20 more minutes called back asked for the manager. She tells me they have to remake my pizza because they delivered it to the wrong address. How did the 1st girl not know this or tell me this? She stated it was coming out of the oven now and it'll be here in 10 minutes. Its been 15 minutes now and still no pizza. 1.5 hours and still no $31.00 pizza. I use to order from Vitos all the time. This will be the last time.... There's absolutely no excuse for the two girls I spoke to to be rude. I was very polite asking where my delivery was....
